It’s pretty straight forward. Use Google search for a university and course. Most universities use dream id, one of the best online application platforms.

It depends on what you want to study and your budget
I guess most of their schools are still open

There is no free tuition in Lithuania
And when you say cheap what do you mean ??
Cuz for MSc it’s €3500 and above I guess

I think it’s always multiplied by 12 months.

U mean I didn't see the documents checklist?
I spoll it out from VFS site, it's confusing because it's only self applicant that require 3months statement according to there site
