Hello @all I am new to this aliexpress thing, I want to order for some clothes and accessories but reviews and comments are scaring me.

Is there no way a company delivers these items?

Like I buy everything I want and they are all sent to the company in China and the company collates items that belong to me and package them as one single item and ship them down to me in good time, not this 2 weeks to 6 months I am seeing here.

That's exactly why i asked, i ordered some Asus phones and iPhone late last year and early this year and all delivered in less than 30 days but the Xiaomi's phones ordered took almost 3 months before getting here, ordering phones from Aliexpress are getting boring these days because one has to wait till eternity before getting the order.

Please I purchased a smart wristband in January and haven't received it yet. There's no record of the package when I tracked it and I've been going to the post office since February to check if it has arrived with no avail. I then opened dispute as the seller recommended and the judgement was that "the tracking information shows that the package has arrived at your local post office and waited for your collection. We warmly suggest that you can the shipping company Customer Care Center and you will get this package as soon as possible. If the package not in good condition/ goods shortage, you are suggested go to 'Dispute Detail' -- Check 'Dispute Reason-- Click 'Update Reason' to update your reason for filing a dispute."
