Now, the agent told us we have to wait till our marriage is 6months which will be around June before my husband could apply for dependent visa. Pls I want to know if that is true. Some schools require you to apply via UCAS while some accept direct applications.

I got responses from the school's I applied to via UCAS within 72hrs. Some I've gotten unconditional offers, some i await interview while some rejectected me cause they're full, closed for 2021 intakes or because I had a 2.2

Also I tried to strike a balance between cost/quality (tuition fee/ranking) in my selection. These are about the most budger-friendly schools I'd get

My opinion: If the school accepts waec, go and swear an affidavit and use it to correct the discrepancies. Submit your waec with the affidavit. I want to believe your other documents including your port carries your real dob.

Policy change enacted by BCU (and generally in the UK) will apply to everyone and I doubt they will bend this just for one person (No be naija o ). The least they can do is extend your deposit deadline.

I will advise you look for the balance of 1k pounds and pay up the 3k deposit.

There is no point asking them if they could reduce the deposit.

you need to prove you can afford to study at the Uni.

I suggestion though.

Note pls: Sole physical custody NOT Sole legal custody. They are two different things, the former is caused by separation or distance and the father still has full parental rights as u will need his permission before making important decisions about the child's upbringing while the latter is often triggered by divorce, u won't need his permission for the above but he retains his visitation rights.
