If I'm going for a course that has tuition fee (not free), do I have to show proof of payment at the embassy for the interview?

Yeah, it's not for school fee per se. One of the reasons I didn't use FirstBank. But Zenith Bank did it without issues with that.

If you want to close your blocked for any reason whatsoever and get your money back, the naira equivalent will be refunded back to the Zenith Bank it came from, just like where the naira was gotten from in the first place. So you shouldn't have any problems with that...

Please can you let me know how long it takes to refund the money in a blocked to Naira ? Zenith Bank has been turning me up and down for this refund for about a month now. The USD in the blocked was debited and exchanged a week after initiating the refund but I'm being told that they are awaiting CBN's directive to return the money back to my Naira and that it will take 2-3 Week. I seem not to trust them on that and feel they are just holding on to my money for their own gain.

You were looking for answers here concerning SL and you couldn’t even be transparent about your class of grade, this ain’t cool tbh.

By the way, you need your original SL for your interview, so your sponsor has to post it to your from , don’t let your sponsor use anything other than DHL express to avoid loss in transit, few years back, a scanned copy would have suffice as you can always post your original to the embassy when you have it at hand but things are completely different now.

NOTE: Your letter must not be older than 6 months as at the time of your interview, on the back of the letter, nachgewiesen must be ticked which translates to all requirements showing your sponsor’s financial credibility has been checked and fulfilled. If nachgewiesen is not ticked on your letter, that is straight up rejection!! PS: if your university is in Hannover and your SL is not from Hannover, be sure that the immigration office in Hannover will your sponsor via postal mail to send his documents (3 months pay slip, ID) so they can do thier own credit check again, this is because Hannover is very strict with SL. There is no need forcing the person to give you answers ,
When you already know they are being shady with it.
These are the people going through the backdoor ,
Their answers are never straight forward.
Because its a foreign embassy, most of you think they are incorruptible.

For those in category B , hoping that date will fall from heaven , by October don't blame anybody oo.

The point is if you want to be deceived, u will be deceived. This is not rocket science, it's common sense. Read inbtween lines and know when someone is being honest or being cocky!!
