I can't believe this! I have seen threads of so-called religious people converting to atheism make front page from the religious section, and this thread of a Muslim converting to a Christian didn't make front page on a Sunday? I mean, this thread is worthy of generating as much views and comments as any of those ones if not more? So the question is why did it not make front page on a Sunday? Oga seun and the mods, what do you have to say about this? Was it deliberate or a mistake? If you didn't see this, kindly do the needful now otherwise you'd be making it seem a deliberate omission. Thanks.

Aisha Buhari has expressed gratitude to APC presidential campaign team for their efforts toward the re-election of President Buhari

The president's wife expressed optimism about the ability of the president to deliver the desired change that Nigerians expected

Going further, she also appreciated the overwhelming confidence reposed in President Buhari by Nigerians

The wife of the president, Aisha Buhari, has expressed gratitude to the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign team for their efforts toward the re-election of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The president’s wife made the commendation through her director, information, Suleiman Haruna, on Sunday, March 3, in Abuja, following the APC victory dinner she organised to celebrate the re-election of President Buhari.

She expressed optimism about the ability of the president to deliver the desired change that Nigerians expected.

She also appreciated the overwhelming confidence reposed in President Buhari by Nigerians.

The wife of the president assured Nigerians of the President’s determination to use his second tenure to serve their interests.

“I wish I can invite all the 15 million Nigerians that voted for President to this dinner, but no place can accommodate you all.
“So, let me say thank you and assure you that you made the right choice,” she said.

She also thanked the Women and Youths of the Presidential campaign team.

According to her, the campaign team complemented the APC presidential campaign council, as well as the Buhari Organisation.

“I also wish to express my appreciation to the women and youths of the presidential campaign team that I initiated to complement the efforts of the APC presidential campaign council.
“As you all know by now, the aim of setting up the team was to get women and youths who form the majority of the electorate involved in all the campaign activities across the country,” Aisha Buhari said.

She said this was a successful experiment that would be recognised in Nigeria’s political history.

I see a case of someone that thought that he was the alpha and omega of Nigerian, because of the extent of influence that he's wielded over outcomes of presidential elections in the country in her recent history, that he allowed it to get his head, and hence kept pushing the ceiling and not knowing when to stop.

For first he conceived the idea of a third force, to supposedly birth a credible alternative to the two giants of Nigeria politics, even the APC and the PDP.

And when it became clear to him that he perhaps overestimated his extent of political influence via the traction his idea received, and that it was going the way the way of the other more or less insignificant parties with respect to determining the outcome of presidential election in the nation, he out of desperation so as not to be seen to have lost out completely, he contradicted his idea of a third force, by deciding to endorse his former vice, a man he had hitherto openly called a thief, and denounced severally, and only recently said that "God would not forgive i if i ever endorsed Atiku.

But in spite of his such endorsement, Atiku yet lost the election, and not just at the national level, but also in Obasanjo's backyard,

Hence i ask the question, since the Atiku he endorsed out of sheer desperation not to lose out completely in the political space, yet lost the election by a wide margin, what would be the implications for his already waning political influence?

Whatever was the purpose of the conception of this lies, and the reason some while some chose peddled it, such as a certain church leader that seems to by a good ally of corruption, it appeared to have worked in the favour of President Buhari in the respect of the elections.

As it seemed to have swung the outcome of election back in his favor, as it appears that Nigeria wouldn't mind to try a foreigner as a leader, since it appeared that being led by a local was becoming a case of a curse or bad luck.

So they perhaps did vote for a foreigner to see if trying something different could lead to another result, so hopefully for them, even though the idea of a Jubril from Sudan is only but a figment of the minds of those behind such fabrications, and all those who had blindly fallen for it, it seems that president Buhari second tenure would actually herald a different outcome.

And so even though he still the same Buhari that was before he fell sick, and that the jubrin that the voters expected him to be that made them vote for him is non-existent, the result would be able to settle the matter once and for all.

If a buharist was active online during the lead up to the president elections, he would have thought that the Atikulates already had the election in the bag, because the atikulates always won the online polls, and moreso with a significant margin.

But I just had this feeling in me that perhaps they were about to do an Arsenal, who were the masters of online polls, that if it were up to on lines polls they would have done back to back to back in champions league, even more than Real madrid had managed recently.

But when it came to offline to even qualify na wahala, as their losing don dey even lose some more points.

And so I thought the Atikulates, should be very careful, because e no go dey funny at all if at the end of the day, na only for online wey dem emerge champions, so they must needs go out to translate their success online to success off it.

But sadly they wouldn't listen as they did an Arsenal, and lost woefully offline, that even if they were giving 2million votes to start with they for still chop kondo.

Sorry Arsekulates, maybe you can learn from this experience that the real elections are not conducted online but offline, but maybe you feel say you no carry last, but the truth be say an only two parties really contest this elections, so I put it to you say second na last whether you like am or not.

Pele! cheesy
