With IT and proj mgt for school n marketing for job....i got an SC code which has been called supply chain here. Now the dilemma is that i don't know i was 'dashed' supply chain by force. Everything in my head is screaming marketing...I have seen all those supply chain gurus here.....I will like to dodge them abeg.

There was emphasis on date (31/12/2014) for both schemes on the original ad. I want to be a Joseph cum CSI agent by inferring that the date is significant for something. Conclusion of recruitment maybe. (Emphasis on 'maybe')

I think it is going to be hard predicting as most of us didn't see the nature of the test coming.
Here's what's for sure though, they cannot bring something completely new. It will be some variant of some recruitment process that has been used before.
Whatever topic they bring will not be the issue as it most likely won't be their field. Even if it is, with so many people to listen to, nobody will be looking for extra technical details. It will be about your ability to present, speak confidently even in the face of uncertainty (which is what happens in the real world). If you ed the test, you already have enough to speak about. Brush up your delivery. And don't we get 5 mins or so to prepare (well mobile internet and google to the rescue then)
Work on the things you can control (composure, appearance, attentiveness, recovery and packaging) and let go of the things you cannot. (Actual details)
Go in and assume that only one person will be taken from your day (don't be nasty about it though) this is one war where your ability to be nice scores. Questions about your current employer? Don't sell them out , be professional and tactical. If you don't know say you don't know gently. Don't lie or appear arrogantly ignorant. It's a recruitment process but enjoy yourself, meet people and have professional fun. Whatever comes comes

The test seemed pretty decent for SC. Was scared at how much time i had left, unfortunately no back button so impossible to review. The drama at JKK was unfortunate. Staff didn't display any form of professional conduct. Kept people waiting for ages not even one person to address us not to mention a polite apology for the delay.
I have lost all forms of trust in this process as it's hard to say a setup that has failed at every attempt will not mixup results.
First test- error laden
Make up test- had to keep calling for help
Next stage - change of date twice
Actual test day - complete server failure

Workforce needs people who can be ontop of things.
On a lighter note, too many fine people.
