Both the FG and Dangote are not coming clean with this refinery issue. Dangote wants to be monopolistic about the Nigerian downstream Petroleum industry while the FG wants the subsidy corruption cabal to continue to hold the Fort. What a country.

There's nothing like such, Obasonjo had to ban the importations of poultry chicken before the country could patronize the locally bred ones, so for Dangote's products to fare well, the government must give him some leverage. Else the cabals will go to any length just to ensure that the refinery doesn't meet it's goals. Same way Lagos is benefiting from seaports is because government are not giving other States the necessary clearances to maximize their operations.
