@ Tunji1984,

One among the good things about your seminal analysis is that you do not have infection. Therefore, the concentration will be on improving on other things. You need to improve on the Motility. If get it up to 60% good but 70% will be better. Secondly your Count is Low. You need to work on it, though some men with low sperm have been able to get their wife pregnant. However, this does not mean that one should not work to increase on the count. The average of male sperm count as according to WHO is 15million/ml so you try as much as possible to increase on it. There are many things you can do, knowledgeable have already given advice. I you eat well. EAT more of vegetables and fruits. Sush as Carrots, Cucumber, Cabbage, all edible green vegetables, bananas, Avocado pears. Reduce quantity of meat intake then eat more Fish. Then supplement with Men fertility supplement as you have already been advised. Above all pray earnestly then you will see what God can do.

Bless you!

Hi LaDDiva,

It is well with you. Thank God that you conceived though it ended up in a miscarriage. The good thing is that you are alive, therefore there are more conceptions on your way to come. The HSG that was recommended for you is nice. I advise you do that. This will enable you know if your tubes are open or not. When that is done then another action can be taken. However, I will advise you to relax your mind at all times because definitely you will still conceive. Worry can alter human sex and reproductive hormones by replacing them with a STRESS Hormones known as CORTISOL. This stress hormone is an enemy of reproduction (Conception).

Once you have done the HSG, then get back to us.

Remain Blessed

Hello All,

I really appreciate the level at which questions are answered. Almighty God will make all our dreams come in no distant time.
I and my wife has been going through fertility issue for two years now. She has previously conceived in 2014 but the pregnancy was an Ectopic. This led to her Right Fallopian Tube removed through surgery. Since then we have not been able to achieve another pregnancy. She now went for two HSG Test at six months intervals. The last one was just last month. The two results are attached. After the test our Doctor said that the remaining Tube is blocked and now recommend a Laparoscopic Surgery to Unblock the Tube. We are yet to consider his recommendations. The HSG1 was done in 2015 while the HSG2 was done in 2016. I have also attached pelvic Scan result before surgery.
Please, I would like you all the read through the attached Test and give your advise. This is because a problem shared is a problem solved.
Anticipating your kind responses.

Hello All,
I really appreciate your kindly advise, having read your comments on people issues. Our prayer is that God almighty will hear us at a time not far from now. I have my dilemma to share and would like your wonderful comments and advise.
This year is two years I married my wonderful wife. She got pregnant few days before our wedding day. Though we didn't know she has conceived untill when she missed her period. We were very excited but didn't know that the pregnancy was Ectopic on her Right Fallopian Tube. When this was diagnosed several efforts were made to save the situation through medication but all failed. Eventually she had a Surgery on the Right Tube (This was Cut off). This was done in order to save her life. Since then we been trying for another conception but to no avail. I went for Semen Analysis and the result was as follows:

Volume - 1ml
Viscosity - Semi Hypo
Swollen Head - 0.5%
Active - 79%
Sluggish - 13%
Dead - 8%
Active - 65%
ive - 35%
Tail Defect - 10%
Normal - 85%
Count - 95 Million/ml
Odour - Normal
Colour - Creamy White
Yielded no significant bacterial growth in both Urine and Semen Samples after 24hrs of incubation at 37 degrees.

Please, can I seek your advise on this result.
Also, I have been finding it very difficult to get erect even before I went for the test. I am just 37years this month. Also, my wife has gone for test and she is free of Infections only that her remaining Left Fallopian Tube is Block as confirmed by HSG Test.
Now a friend told me of I.A.S Wellness Centre in Lagos, he said that they sell Good Herbal Remedy that can take care of my erectile issue. Please, does anyone know the efficacy of their herbs ?

Hi All,

I really appreciate the respectful manner we attend to each others problem. God almighty will continue to bless each and ever one of us.

I am really having sexual issue in my marriage. The problem is this. Most of the time I have the urge for sex but my erection does not respond with the urge for sex. I mean my erection comes very slowly. Even when I get erect, it is not very full and strong for penetration. Most times I struggle to penetrate because the erection is not very strong. Even when I manage to penetrate and with just first push I find myself ejaculating. This has been very embarrassing to me and my partner. I am just 37 years.
Your advise will be really appreciated

Good morning. with regards to the issue u discussed. I will say you have 1)erectile dysfunction which is defined as inability to initiate, sustain or maintain erection for the period of SI. also you have what is called premature ejaculation with a possible low libido or loss of libido. The management of this kind of condition has various aspects some and medical, others involve behavioural change, while other mean required involves the psychological aspect that will require the cooperation of your sexual partner. I will list some things that u can do to help out. Firstly is that you should know that sex has various contributary components that must interplay for sexual intercourse to be successful they include the physical, mental, psychological, hormonal or chemical, and emotional components. For the physical component, you should start engaging yourself in various forms of physical exercises, if possible at a gym close to you cos that is very vital in the sense that physical fitness and agility are vital ingredients in sexual activities. Secondly for the that u should relax as much as possible. don't rush into sex. If your job is the busy or hectic type, don't plan to have sex as soon as you get home cos u won't be able to fulfill the physical requirement even if you are mentally ready. as such just relax and wait till u have slept and woken up and body is refreshed, preferably very early in the morning. Thirdly for the mental and psychological aspect, make sure u get ur head straight. take your thought away from worries and focus on you sexual partner when having sex and don't rush into copulation. You can practice the technique of masturbating an hour or two before SI cos that delays your ejaculation during sex. also u can practice the "PAUSE AND SQUEEZE TECHNIQUE" with your partner. This involves
1.Beginning sexual activity as usual, including stimulation
of the penis, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate.
2. Have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at
the point where the head (glans) s the shaft, and
maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until the
urge to ejaculate es.
3. After the squeeze is released, wait for about 30
seconds, then go back to pre-intimacy. You may notice
that squeezing the penis causes it to become less
erect, but when sexual stimulation is resumed, it
soon regains full erection.
4. If you again feel you're about to ejaculate, have your
partner repeat the squeeze process.
U can also try the midstream urine holding technique where u start urinating then stop midway and continue to hold the remaining urine. u can them empty it later
Next is leaving a healthy lifestyle, avoid alcohol as much as possible. Eat a lot of fruits and carbs.
Engage in pre-intimacy before sex cos that also helps a lot and always try to go for a second round of sex even when ur erection is flat, encourage your partner to stimulate u, she also has to be patient cos the stimulation to get the second erection can take take a while. Now to the medical aspect I will want you to do dia hormonal test for serum testosterone. There are some drugs that can also be used.let me have ur email add.

HI Doctor Dammy,
My name is James. I am 36. I got married in December 2014. I ve not been in active sex until December 2013, then I found that I ejaculate too soon even before penetration. Since last month now, I found it very hard to get and maintain an erection. Most times now, I hadly develop the urge for sex. My sex life is really suffering. My wife is really complaining. I cannot even make love with her now. Pls, I really need your advise and solution on this.
