Now for the four days now of me practicing I notice when I chant the huuu while meditating while focusing on the third eyes I notice some kind of pressure on my forehead after a while is this normal

And again I notice some that I feel the effect when chanting the huuu in my mind is this normal please

I have been meditating for 50mins almost every morning now for the past 5 months now

And have been doing the huuuu chanting meditation for about four days now(15 mins once a day) and I notice if I do it and I focus on my third eye I do feel some kind of pressure on my forehead after a while is this normal?
