Linked is when you have had a date and even done biometrics. The link botton just directs you to a page where you'll see the status of ur visa processing.

While amend is when you have a date and u want to amend that date. Amend botton means you have not done your biometrics

So those with link botton are far ahead than those with amend botton. Because link botton people have processed their visa via doing biometric and amend botton people have not even done their biometrics

Not true.... Mine shows a green "amend" button before my biometrics 2 weeks ago, today the "amend button is still there but it's not clickable again. And I have another section or button written "track" where I check my status.
Even the "track" button has been there before my biometrics

I don't really think so. Because I never came across "linked" before and after selecting my date... Check the picture I attached. The person has selected date already and it's still showing "linked"

Just wanted to know the difference, because I was thinking if linked" has anything to do with those applying as a family. Mine shows "amend and I am applying as a family, that was why I was worried

Please a couple of questions. How accurate is the tracker on the TLS website? Does it follow where the application really is?
Also, does anyone know how long an application usually stays in each of the stages- Transferred to DMC>Received by DMC>Transferred to VAC>Received by VAC etc?

Transfer to DMC is same day of biometrics
Received by DMC is usually same day of biometrics or the next day
Transferred to VAC give it 15 working days
Received by VAC usually same day or next

I believe your application must have been decided by now.... Send a paid mail or call tomorrow and give us the good news

Collection mail will definitely drop by this week or next

Yes... I actually mounted so much pressure on them. I had been calling the person in charge of TRMS in my local branch. I did also call Zenith Bank head office customer service representative and drop several emails to [email protected].
Seriously I disturbed both the Head Office and my local branch I chosed.
I believe urs I will soon go through immediately after the public holiday.

Please were they responsive during the time you spoke with the head office? Or they were posting you?
