I used to do the usual 6-6......until the start of the Corona pandemic.

I picked 7pm to 7pm based on my study and research on the Scriptures. I have at some time do an extension of 6pm to 9pm.

I had to read the creation story in Genesis again and again. It always comes to night and day.

I also had to check the pattern of the timing of the keeping of the Sabbath. Proper reading tells that Sabbath preparation starts on the evening of a day and ends at sunset of the next day.

It's a Holy Book for Spiritual minds for spiritual discernment to be able to resist(say NO, bind, cast out,shut up, fire off) the plots of the enemy from your territory.

Do you know that the spirit of masturbation is stronger and more wicked than the spirit of fornication? Which is why a lot of people that have stopped fornication find it hard to stop masturbation, they see themselves going back to it, it is the wicked spirit.

Yes it may be a spirit but those who truly have stopped fornication can also stop masturbation. To have stopped one and continue in another is like accepting one to be higher and another lesser. Or another human thinking to ease the flesh of it's desires.

A lot of things can be learnt and achieved by giving self to proper studying of the scriptures, meditation through the right understanding to achieve results.

Yes one ought to pray but seek understanding first before you pray so you don't see your self going back to something you thought you have stopped or intend to stop.


Truly make up your mind by desiring it and as you pray the Holy Spirit will aid you.

Putting an end to it in real life is one thing. But you also need to understand the spiritual(your dreams) and also learn how to command that spirit from coming to have sex with you. Build your spirit and reinforce it daily. Spirituality is a daily thing.

Please can anyone with realistic facts and evidences speak concerning SEM grants, Common Wealth Grants, Golden Bridge Grants and all other grants being piloted by numerous NGOs or Co-operative societies.

A lot of Nigerians have invested monies all in the name of collecting such grants and as each year comes and ends it just seems to be different stories while the so called directors/beneficiaries are being made to pay monies for one thing or another.


Are these so called grants for real or just an avenue to making people believe it thereby giving them a false hope in an economy that seems not pleasing to others while some benefactors reap from others?
