If the student is going for Masters or PhD and some professional courses, they can come with their families, and their spouses can work. On the other hand, if the student is not doing the aforementioned courses, then their spouses can only visit and not work.

Thank you for your time, firstly it was the year of paper application without biometric .. I want to tell you that you do not need to submit your academic documents to apply for a visitor visa and in my case I have established ed business to prove my current job.

Although I appreciate your facts but everyone is here to get more information on some tricky situations not as if everyone whoo asks questions is a novice.

In 2010 I applied to attend an educational conference in Canada, but the application was rejected. Then I was working at a business center, but the man who packaged my visa application claimed I was a polytechnic lecturer. He lied about so many things in the application.

-I was single then, but he claimed in the application that I was married with 2 kids.

-My highest qualification then was OND, he claimed I had master degree.

-I applied again in 2012 and I did it myself. I used my correct information. My application was denied.

-I applied again in 2013 claiming that I was going to attend a conference (EDmedia 2013) . My application was approved. I had UK visa in my port before I applied for the Canadian visa.

My applications were never queried for contradicted information.

Hello my good people,

I have applied for Canada visitor visa to attend a conference in 2012 through an agent where he claimed that I was a doctor with a university degree but the visa was refused fast track to this day I have been to several Schengen countries up to 4x and established my own company in building construction.

Now I intend to apply to visit my niece with up to 11m naira as my balance.

My main concern now whether to put my true academic level which is o level and that will contradict my previous claim in 2012 or follow up on what was initially filled in the form in 2012 as there will be no need to prove it.


Please your idea will guide me in what to do guys
