So I did a TB test last year 2021 because I was planning to go to the Uk, I and my family (family of 4). I did it when I had a conditional offer and the condition was to provide transcript,however, transcript didn’t come out and ky TB test expired in February 2022.

Now I have all my docs, gotten unconditional offer and going ahead to process my Form A, do I have to do a new tb test, will I go through the same process if I present our old TB certs. Also, for someone that did sputum test before to get their own cert, will they have to do the sputum test again and wait another 3 months, before they can get their cert again

Oando released a statement concerning the recent press release by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday, May 31, 2019.

The press release on the SEC website stated their decisions in respect of their two year investigation of petitions against Oando Plc.
According to their statement, the findings from the report revealed serious infractions such as false disclosures, market abuses, misstatements in financial statements, internal control failures, and corporate governance lapses stemming from poor board oversight, irregular approval of directors’ remuneration, unjustified disbursements to directors and management of the company. To address the violations, the commision issued the following penalties

1. Resignation of the affected Board of Oando Plc,

2. The convening of an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on or before July 1, 2019, to appoint new directors,

3. Payment of monetary penalties by the company and affected individuals and directors,

4. Refund of improperly disbursed remuneration by the affected Board to the company,

5. Bar of the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) and the Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer (DGCEO) of Oando Plc from being directors of public companies for a period of five (5) years.

However, in the press statement issued by Oando’s Chief Compliance and Company secretary, Ayotola Jagun, he said that the alleged penalties and infractions were ‘unsubstantiated, invalid and calculated to prejudice the business of the Company.’

He also stated that Oando has not been given the opportunity to see, review and respond to the forensic audit report and so is unable to ascertain what findings (if any) were made in relation to the alleged infractions and defend itself accordingly before the SEC but Oando reserves its rights to take all legal steps to protect its business and assets whilst remaining committed to act in the best interests of all its shareholders.

After lots of Instagram influencers d what was supposed to be the concert of the year taking place in the Bahamas, the ticket holders were faced with shambles and disaster instead of the luxury and glamour they were promised.

The event had been endorsed by a number of high-profile models and influencers such as Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Emily Ratajkowski and Hailey Baldwin using the hashtags #fyrefestival

Tickets for the festival, which was co-organised by the rapper Ja Rule, cost up to $12,780 for a four-person package and they were promised “a cultural moment created from a blend of music, art and food”.

William Finley and his three friends from North Carolina spent $8,000 to attend the festival only to meet unmarked tents and couldn’t properly track their luggage.
