Turkish Airlines is expanding its operations in Nigeria with the launch of a new service between Istanbul and Port Harcourt in the southern part of Nigeria.

The new direct service will commence on June 24, 2019 and will be operated four times a week between the two cities. A Boeing 737-900NG has been scheduled to operate this service.

With the launch of the new service, Port Harcourt will become Turkish Airlines third destination in Nigeria and 53rd in Africa. The #airlines already flies to Lagos and Abuja.

Port Harcourt is the capital and largest city of Rivers State, Nigeria. It lies along the Bonny River and is located in the oil rich Niger Delta region.

Over 3000 immigrants die annually trying to cross the Mediterranean, UNHCR has recorded over 300 deaths already this year. Many Nigerians inclusive.

Boko Haram, ISIS, ISIL, Al-Shabab, coalition militant groups recruit Nigerians who offer their life for a course we can't explain it's moral

Nigeria with an estimated population of 190million humans has more poverty-ridden citizens that India whose population is over 1.339billion

I do not care who you want to vote for, Just stand up to your obligation and civic duty, you don't have any moral base to say the country system is failing if you denied yourself the ability to say something.

We should stop our brothers and sisters who get killed in their quest for greener pasture,

. for the Bible says in Matthew 13:12 "Whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them''. and in Matthew 22:21 Jesus said "Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's; and to God the things that are God's." Romans 13:1 "Let every person be in subjection to the governing authorities....

Verily verily i tell you my Brother, It's a sin not to vote when you're eligible, it could also bring curse on you, This is the Ceaser we ought to obey. For ye'all shall be thy brothers keeper for when your brother needed you to vote, you stayed indoor, you thereby bring immense hardship to your people by thy own negligence.

It will be on your head, the suffering and pains of your brothers and the Children who you deny the opportunity of a better Nigeria.

My Brother In The Army

2008, It was me and Obinna, Unizik misbehaving after WASSCE that year, so we went for Abia poly, luckily we got it but it was 2010 already, incidentally we both have to drop it.

Brother headed for the military and asked me to come on, very brave dude who was so active in MOD, a catholic body which aura back then was like magic. Then 2011, I met Obi in Lagos, fully armed clothed in his regalia, honestly for the first time, I am fearful of my nigga.

We didn’t talk again until around January 2014, my phone rang and I listened to my brother with the many stories we shared, he is the closest to me amongst all the soldiers I know. We both know our roots and what our backgrounds look like. From cutting and harvesting palms, to excavating stones, fetching firewood from swamps for cash, to sand hunting for builders. It sounds like we suffered but it was damn fun, the competition was healthy. My fellow villagers can relate.

Straight to the point, we all have a brother or friend in the army, it is very bad that we wouldn’t pray for them, hold’em on high esteem because we don’t know what they do, the only thing we see is the flaw of their colleagues, but the truth is, the reason why you sleep as a Nigerian and wake up same is because of these men and women.

You won’t even wake up to become an American or Canadian, you’ll wake up to be a Congolese, Rwandan or an Anglophone Cameroonian or at best become a Russian slave. But for everyday of our lives, someone is somewhere fighting so you’ll not be ambushed despite the cruelty of our political elites, they defend you not because they are cowards or jobless but because they found in themselves what you don’t find in yourself. Bravity, Resilience and Selflessness.

Oh Lord Jesus, For the sake of Obi, Nonso, Jude and other Nigerian Soldiers standing on the borders of this territory ready to pay the Ultimate price like you did for the world, bless their families and enrich their well wishers. Protect these galant sheep and always place victory on their path.

The people who play politics with their lives and sacrifices will die in their place, my brothers and friends shall live long to reap the fruits of their bravery

Happy Christmas to All Nigerian Soldiers. God bless you all.
