grin bitter pill hard to swallow, but this failure might be a blessing in disguise. my views

1, siasia needs some re-orientation "no friend no foe" the players should not be given favourite treatment, he seems to be known for his sia sia boys rather than having the best players play for us. Martins,Etuhu,Shittu for instance still deserve to play for Nigeria

2, Many of our players are over hyped, mikel for instance seems to play like a chairman on the field loses the ball carelessly and hardly gets it back himself. I am aware he contributes incisive and intelligent es ,but he needs to up his game by addessing how he burdens the other players.

3, We should expect another humiliation from Ghana ,come tuesday, unless the ghananians don't want to damage our pride. Sia Sia is a good coach but he needs to create the best atmosphere for excellence.I strongly think a tactical review committee should be set up by the NFF to review a coach plan of action before a game . I dont know if such exists at te moment. The present situation is a wake up call .I will not advocate a 3rd coming of amodu shuaibu. Leave sia sia for now. grin grin grin grin cool

if the delay was caused by saboteurs, their reasons would be , to either get the postponement which has already been secured, which then would buy them enuff time to duplicate or replicate ballot boxes and electoral items perfectly,or to create an incoherent voting pattern which will cause votes to be cancelled in many polling centres ,even states ,and aid the saboteurs to carry the day. My opinion is there is something fishy and we need to be extremely vigilant.

I suggest the SSS should improve monitoring of the following people

1, top inec officials in each ward
2, political party chairmen
3, some selected NYSC
4, the aspirants
5, the millitary guys who have access to the election materials
6, the big chiefs and alhaji's in various wards
7, the state governors

Lets be better prepared against Monday April 4th the saboteurs still have other cards to play out and I think we should try and out think them by creating all the possible scenarios they can bring up again and ensuring that their plots to disenfranchise ,cheat and rig elections does not succeed.

May God bless Nigeria and Nigerians . Amen

i will vote for buhari. jonathan could not provide employment in 11 months in office. Please let him answer how many jobs he has created in 11 months in office ? I mean how many Nigerians have become gainfully employed in that time .I am not satisfied with the story of pure water business, gsm scratch card business, fishery business et al, if that is all his govt can offer Nigerian youths in 11 months then he has no clues as to leadership in this country. As for Ribadu I think his time may come in future ,he should go and queue.

WILL YOU A NATIONWIDE PROTEST AGAINST THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IN NIGERIA? IT HAS HAPPENED IN TUNISIA, THE EGYPTIANS MODIFIED IT, THE ALGERIAN'S ARE ITCHING FOR A CHANGE. IT APPEARS THE DAWN OF A PROTEST AGAINST THE SEEMINGLY INCOHERENT EMPLOYMENT POLICIES OF ALL GOVERNMENT IN NIGERIA HAS COME.

WE CAN ADVISE THEM BETTER.

WHATS UR TAKE?

Dear forumites.

Permit me to be creative in my usage of english. It is with great dismay that i report the theft of my first degree certificate in the exams and records department of Obafemi Awolowo uNIVERSITY iLE Ife. I had gone to the school to collect my certificate only to be shown a page where some one had signed impersonating me and collecting my certificate on the 4th of april 2008. At this time i was working with a new generation bank in the north. My preliminary investigations revealed that there must be a sort of connivance between the exam and records department staff of OAU and the impostor because the staff could not provide the documents they collected before they released the certificate. They at the exams department even tried arressting me on the grounds that i was lying but they could not succeed as i was bale to identify myself and brought out my *original to whom). I have been on this issue with them for about 3 months now and they keep telling me how they are going to give me a reissued certificate. The most disheartening issue is that they are not willing to try and trace the eroor and bring the culprits to book. Recent investigations on my part revealed that an ex commissioner in Ekiti state stole the certificate and has been using it .THOUGH I AM YET TO CONCLUDE ON THIS BUT MY LEADS ARE very strong. Nigeria is a treacherous state. I am planning a legal action once i establish all my facts

madness shall never end, if it takes 2 years to restructure NFF obviously it will take 20 years to carry out electoral reforms. Come to think of it it has taken them almost 4 years to do nothing about the electoral reforms. I don't think wewant to toe thisline with our football .Who is Rotimi amaechi by the way to write a report for NFF to be disbanded. Does the govt have to publicize itself so negatively about issues such as this.Remind them that hosted 2006 world cup because the swiss repdid not get to the venue to vote for south africa else we wouldnot be talking south africa 2010. enough is enough of this blatant misplacement of priorities we are not fooledabout this mad politics going on.
