Ishilove: Igbo is an encoming identity used to identify all the communities that use "bia" and spread across south east and the midwest. The single and most strongest factor that can be used to define a people is their ancestral language, especially when you cant prove there was a lost language. Henceforth , Ukwuani can only be grouped as Igbo or Igboid regardless of how your emotion directs you...reality is reality and facts are facts. Cc. Ishilove Secondly, that your line of excuse about how every body in your village despise Igbo makes no sense because what you are saying in reality is that you believe whatever people tell you , in spite of contrary views. Ask questions , madam. You are NOT a ffool ! Ask your father , mother and village people wetin Igbo people do them !!! Ask questions because you cant tell me jack about Kwale. I be correct Lagos boy and I have dated Kwale girl and , yes , 99% of Kwale deny Igbo but none can give you a sensible reason. But , they run around chasing Igbo women...Why are they infatuated by Igbo women if they so much despise us? When my father wanted to change our surname from my great grandfather to his father because of family land tussle I refused and said NO ! Your personality here paints you as no nonsense girl but you cant ask simple questions like why does Kwale kept speaking Igbo and naming their children Igbo names like Ndidi , Ifeanyi , Isioma , Chiemeka etc. I hated the colonial corruption of my culture so much that I changed my baptismal name and took my grandfather's name. Kwale should do same stop using onu fa ji agu ngu ajah kwue na uyom bu ego. 7 Likes 1 Share |

Ishilove: Madam , nobody is begging you to be Igbo and YOU KNOW THIS ! Stop feeling important on a faceless forum....Your denial of Igbo is not based on logic. You will still give your children Igbo names just like you were given Igbo names by your parents. Now, being Igbo could not have been so bad if you speak it and uses its nomenclature. Indeed, internet has turned nonentities to heroes. In fact , I have an Ukwuani co worker who kinda distances himself from the Igbo tag and me being the type that dont give a crap ignored him until the day I heard him greeted his mother in law "ote ofe" and also told me his greetings were Ogbuji na Ukwuani....here is my response, being Igbo couldn't be so hurtful, is it ? And with his own mouth he says , " my brother , we are all Igbo , forget matter" and I said is that so and kept quiet. All his children has Igbo names ,too. If every Igbo was like this Igbo denial would be dead by now. 4 Likes |

AmuDimpka: Cc.Ishilove will not afford us the time to have a decent and civilized debate on her Igbo hate. However, she doesn't shy away whenever this Igbo denial issues comes up and the Yorubas masking as Anioma indigens the melee thats when you hear her screaming " God forbid" , " I will never be Igbo" bla bla nonsense. She dare not engage us in a proper debate and tell us what informed her views and opinions because her position is not bases on rational thinking...just incoherent twaddle ricochet from her ignorant forebears. 2 Likes |

Ishilove: Are you shocked by this , madam? Cc. Ishilove. I have watched you on many occasion and your denial of Igbo is not a problem but the hateful ion you bring with it. You speak of Igbo with deep disgust. And for a person who is not an illiterate and prances herself as an intelligent girl I am constantly perplexed by your level of reasoning...its shameful and disgraceful ! While you guys are at it , here is a shocker....Ndokwa are being heavily Igbonized. However, I am not here to preach Igbo unity but in as much as we are distinct from one another that doesn't stop us from working together for a common good. 3 Likes |

Scottallen: Nobody knows the first people to settle in Igbo land. However, the oldest place human ever lived in Igbo land is located within the Omanbala region. Nri , precisely, is the cradle of Igbo civilization and this is a well ingrained fact that your sorrows cant change. |

[quote author=Scottallen post=85442665] No one is denying the contributions of Nri to Igbo culture. However, it is a big fallacy to place Nri above Aro or Awka. It is a terrible fallacy to say that Nri is the cradle of Igboland. Nke ahu bu ezigbo asi. Nnamdi Kanu can go to whomever he wishes. It changes nothing.[/quot Don't brink Awka and Nri into this....they practice the Omanbala culture. My lesson you is that bringing Aro and Nri in the same sentence is very insulting. Aro has no cultural ground to stand comparison with Nri.... Aro was founded by slave hunters in the 16th century while Nri existed as early as 9th century. This conversation is very annoying....Aro has no say when it comes to Igbo culture and history. You can't break Kola in the presence of an Nri man this is what every Onye Anambra knows |
