What kind of dumb question is that? She is a Senator of the Federal Republic. She can be addressed as "Senator", or even in a more generalized capacity as "Madam". A journalist addressing politicians in such familiar of endearment is unprofessional. Use a MasterCard instead. Ensure you have a good network connection before trying to make the payment. When I paid mine (36,050) using my Gtbank card, It took less than 1min to complete transaction and I didn't have to synchronize payment on my UI dashboard at all because I was automatically sent a payment confirmation in my email.
