Yes to the former.
I think it means you are exempt from (do not have to do) the test. You may have already ed this exam through prior knowledge. You don't have to answer questions anymore. You already got a perfect score. Your recruiter probably thinks that you've been doing a very good job that he/she saved you the energy.
This is purely my thoughts (faith)!

U can state the day u did urs and the number of candidates on the list for the day, provided only a list is available for that day, then we sum all together. Except of course there is someone with inside source, to give us the actual number.
