Fresh out of nysc , I had to work in factories around there , from phoenix to Everest , then Metal recycling industries(mri) , And how much is the pay then ?900 per day for 12hours as at 2017 I was there . The owners are mostly Indians , and it was alleged that people that died are being used as sacrifice. It always happens like an accident , but carries a deeper undertone. The family gets compensated like you said and that’s the end.

This particular man’s death seems suspicious, firstly a forklift driver isn’t even suppose to come down from his machine unless in the case of going for break or some other emergencies, asking him to pick out something from a baling machine is not in his job description, they have other people for that , workers of a lesser rank. A forklift driver is a skilled employee . His job is just to provide the beam to carry the grinded scrap to the furnace for melting and carry the finished product to the warehouse. This is very sad .

I'm not a medical doctor but I'll share a few stuff I know about this matter with my male folks.

1. One or Two well delivered (I repeat well delivered) rounds of sex (with pre-intimacy etc) should be enough to satisfy any woman except she has abnormal cravings for sex (i.e she's a nympho),

2. Don't try sex after a very long day of hard work or long week of hard work and you've not rested properly,

3. Avoid excess energy drinks, tramadol, and other chemical steroids that are so called sex enhancers, they can cause you to experience a cardiac arrest,

4. Stay hydrated, drink a lot of water, sexual intercourse is a form of sport or exercise,

5. Your nutrition matters, if all you've eaten over a period of 24 to 48 hours is just rice, jollof rice, garri, bread and tea with one tiny sachet milk, if you try 3 or 4 rounds of sex, you go faint oh!

I'm writing this with heart full of sorrow because my life is really messed up.
For the past two years I have been taking hard drugs like tramadol and emzor.

I have lost my memory because of drugs, most times I forget things easily and it's really affecting my life, because I have lost a lot of things during the period of taking drugs..

The most painful part of it is that one of our female colleagues saw sachet of tramadol in my drawer and told my boss which he later fired me even after begging him.

Whenever I want to stop taking drugs I always feel tired, bored and sad if I don't take it.
Most times I always sell my things to buy drugs.
If I haven't consume 5 doze in a day I won't feel okay and I'm always angry with my family each time i don't take it.

Please I need your advice and opinion on how I can stop taking hard drugs,
Please I want anyone that has been in this position before to enlighten me on how to stop taking drugs..

You see that part where you said when you don’t take it , you feel tired and depressed ,it’s actually a healing process , those are withdrawal symptoms which kicks in immediately the brain notices that a particular action hasn’t been carried out for a period of time by the host body , since it cannot differentiate between good habits and bad habits , but it will always crave that which you feed it constantly, you know when the brain learns patterns , it can’t filter which is good or bad , so you have to go through those motions , those feeling tired , been depressed and sick , don’t try to fight it , just go through it. The brain is fighting hard to continue its patterns , the body is fighting back that’s just what is happening, the longer you go without indulging the cravings of your brains the better you become as the day es by . Note that a relapse could occur , because the brain will really fight you , invite more demons to force you into submission. But don’t let it , like I said , just free yourself and go through the withdrawal symptoms , relapsing will take you back to square one , the symptoms you’ve tried to deal with will come back ten times harder than before , that’s always the issue with relapsing . I wish you well bro , stay safe.
