Hello, My brother had spent 2 years with F1 visa in US, but he wish to renew his visa. After helping him to submit the DS-160 form online, am unable to schedule appointment for interview. The site keep telling me to use the name he used on his port, of wish I did but still no luck. Any help on what to do next will be welcome. Thanks
