Hello house, since I upgraded my note 9 pro to miui 13 & android 13. My data transfer rate has never come down to zero. Its always reading like there is something always using the data in background. It wasn't like this before. How do u fix this?


All am asking is why my connection speed is always reading. Even whn am not using any app that concern data connection
