Does my 16years old daughter require covid vaccination to fly to the UK on Saturday??

The care home I work for is telling me they are under NHS and I can work more than 20hours. I don't want to believe what they told me. How do I their claim??

The limit for upkeep is $3000 (equivalent) per quarter. Maybe your application did not fly.

I ed my port with visa, brp, CAS and Authority to debit. Now they are asking for invoice from school for upkeep. I asked for £3900 to be paid into my UK .

I applied for upkeep via "Form A" with my zenith bank and I ed all necessary documents. I got a message from Zenith bank asking for invoice. As in, invoice for upkeep. Who has experienced this?

Most people with this problem are dependants with under age children.

Escalate as quick as possible. Go to any UBA branch, there is a phone right inside the bank to talk to their customer care officers. Make sure you have details of your Form A application.

Apply for it just like you did for tuition fees, select monthly upkeep and enter all your details.

Please how can I get monthly upkeep using Form A?

Apart from paying tuition fees with Form A. You can also get monthly upkeep (maintenance )using form A even while you are in UK

The name on the birth certificate reads " Uchenna David Oke*****', while the name on the port reads "David Uchenna Oke*****". I hope this won't be a problem when I eventually apply for them? Not entirely true in fact the opposite is the case.

You don't need immigration lawyer but if you have the money then go for it, one thing you have to bear in mind though is that the cost of looking after disabled person here is very high and requires 24hrs care in most cases

So before you apply you will need to find a school for special need and get her ission first or make care arrangement for her, You will need paper evidences of all that to apply for her visa.

A friend suggested getting a UK based immigration lawyer to help with getting a waiver because of her disability before applying. And that application should not be submitted blindly as UKVI do not act on sentiments.

Ok i have to revisit the rule again regarding age of dependant, yes its true that over 18 is not eligible but you still have a case considering that your daughter is disabled. Do you have her medical papers that state her condition? Who is looking after her now that you are away?

With a detailed explanation and paper evidence she stands a good chance of getting a visa

To my best of experience the reviewer and disburse person are within the bank which a customer indicated on the form A whilst ing.
Once a customer had successfully filled the form A, visit any branch of your bank, most preferably visit a branch where you have your officer or you know a bank staff who could help you talk to the forex staff to review your application, once the staff does so, and the customer had met all requirements, you will receive a mail that your form A, has been approved and that you are on the queue and would be ed when funds are ready for disbursement. If the bank branch has the funds and continue the process, you will get another mail that your application is ready for disbursement. But, if a customer fills the form A and not make a move to any bank branch, your application will remain at the initial stage it were after you had successfully filled the form A application, until perhaps the forex staff of the branch you chose had finished dealing with people of their interest before it does a review of yours. And pending when the branch has forex would call the customer for disbursement of funds. Thus, the process could indeed be completed within hours if you follow the process with action of visiting your bank and could also take a month if you do nothing.

My best friend did priority on 25th January at VI. He got one nsf mail to send proof of work on January 28 and he replied January 31.
