He is not a scammer. U only need PATIENCE when dealing with him. I have done several transactions with him, and they all succeeded. Though sometime, it'll look like he has scammed u when he doesnt answer ur calls anymore, or he ends ur calls. But keep calling him, you'll get whatever it is that u paid for. Once again, PATIENCE.
