Short story about the Hire//VAs sale
I picked the domain name from ED few months ago. I submitted it to SquadHelp but it was rejected. I now listed it on Dan for 900 bucks. Just recently, I decided to even check the related business that might be interested in taking the domain name. So I got few companies and I did the outreach. The first reply was negative and the second company asked for the price. Before I could reply the second company, a lot of thoughts were already on my mind. One mind was telling me to give him blank check, one was telling me to tell him 10k, another was telling me 5k and the last thought 1k, I know that was from the poverty mentality. So I summoned courage and told him 5k and he bought it that same day.

After that sale, I discovered that some companies are using Virtual Employees so I ed Hire//VEs and I did the outbound but nobody replied. I later pitched it to the previous man and he lectured me that VEs is not a powerful keyword unlike VAs, but he said he would take it for 100 bucks and he did just that.

Although I'm still a newbie here, but let's try and be giving our domains better prices like our colleagues in tier 1 countries. If it's a very powerful domain, good number of these end s would be happy to buy.

Few Lessons for me last month:

1. I change the time I do my outbound from 2-4 pm to 8-10pm and I saw a little result. Though the formal is still my best period but I will be interchanging from time to time.

2. Follow ups and negotiation skills are very important. I keep learning it from people here each time I visit.

3. Source for leads from all angles.

4. Believe in your domains. I have strong feelings for some domains that they will certainly sale. I only renew domains that had received offer(s) in the past.

5. Don't use one sales letter. Have as many as possible and use the ones that are pulling sales often.

6. Continue to trust in God and work hard. No dulling.

Note: Please nobody should feel like l'm trying to show off. I strongly believe I am contributing my quota by dropping this sales report to guide others in knowing what can sell.

I make use of mail chimp for outbound mails.
On mail chimp you can customise the appearance of your mail to include buttons etc.
One important thing about mail chimp is that you can track the stats of your mails (Available on the free version).
This will help you filter out who opened the mails, number of times each recipient opened it,
who clinked any link on the body, the link that was cliked and so on.
By so doing you can filter out the recepients likely to have interests and then do more follow up on them.

You could also resend to those that did not open it at all too as it may have dropped in their spam box.

Hi, so I got this simple method of getting authentic email/ of end s.
Same step I used.
1. Parked my geo domain (newly reg) at sedo.
2. Also place it on sale (optional and yo choice of selling it tho)
3. During parking category settings on sedo, I input few important keywords relating to courier(my service domain name) -- I used keywordtool.io/ to get keywords relating to courier and select USA.
4. After approval on sedo.
6. I ON my VPN and also select USA, some VPN as city.
7. I followed my domain link, and all the packed ads on the sites are now relating to couriers and USA and some Lexington.
8. I followed the ads to their website and message them one after the other.
9. Good for me, about 1 mins, I got a reply.

**If yo VPN have selection of city or state. Good.

Just my little knowledge compared to all boss in the here.
