I just received the second stage invitation assessment for next week. I told you all Lafarge cannot do interview just on that first stage test.

They sent email to some people for a zoom interview already. My friend got the invite and they since have done the interview on Wednesday. I was not sent any mail as well

With due respect, I doubt this. Even the fastest recruitment exercise don't follow such timeline and the test we did just a week ago cannot lead to interview just Fe days later for a large company like lafarge.

seriously I don’t understand them, the test should be level, in mine out of 30 like 28 were logical reasoning, and one four questions would come from one essay, so if you don’t understand it you will fail all four , then two questions were on those numbers and alphabet… no single English question

The questions are just extra ordinary with that limited time. Let's hope for the best
