Got married to French citizen, lived in ....... Divorced, relocated to the UK, went to Nigeria married a fresh wife and applied.........

Are you now divorced? Decree Absolute insitu?

Actually not me , is my family friend. He got married in , relocated to the UK with his oyibo wife, then after some years, he divorced and got his degree absolute and applied to remain in the UK on his own under retain right of residence . He showed me his port which have 5years as EEA family member, but around last year April he applied for this EU new settlement status and was given indenfite leave to remain. Last year October he came to Nigeria to remarry a Nigeria wife. Now he wants to apply to bring in his wife to the UK but confused on the application to go for, either EU route or UK . But note that he doesn't have German port, only Nigeria port for now with indenfite leave. Kindly advise please. Thank you

For your client u mentioned, I am sure the guy have a port that was why it was easy for him to apply through EU route

What eventually happens........ They either end up confusing God, or themselves.......... cheesy

You would have to call the home office to clarify

For me I would have thought the moment an EU person becomes "settled" aka ILR then the rules of British and settled people applies which has a minimum earning requirement. If the EU partner didnt have ILR then EU requirements

That the purpose of the ILR status to become one of them . You shouldn't be able to pick and choose . It's all or nothing

Thank you

Well based on my own experience, your sperm can be freeze but I will advice you to use fresh sperm(Produce the day your wife will do her egg retrieval) because they're more active. Me and my husband plan that too but the doctor advised that fresh sperm is better.

Secondly:Your wife can go to work during the IVF procedure but she needs to take leave because I will not advise her to resume work immediately after embryo transfer.

Thirdly: About the fibroids, she can proceed if she's using donors egg since the size are small but if she's using her own egg. I will advice her to embark on the operation before the she proceed with the IVF.

I operated my own fibroids before IVF procedure but due to the injections and drugs given to us for the IVF procedure, the fibroids grows back but thank God the baby did not give the fibroids space to grow well. We discovered the fibroids growth after my positive result. I also discovered something about the IVF procedure, apart from the price for the procedure someone needs to sacrifice a lot of things and endured a lot of pain such as injections pain and mock transfer pain.

The good thing is that your wife will have her own children soon

Please when you operated your fibriod, how many months did you wait for it to heal bf doing the IVF? Also can I pm u? I need to ask some private questions. Thank you

Pls can yu explain what yu mean byexported whatsapp chat or hiw to go abt it... 2.can I submit screenshot of the WhatsApp chat

Any one is acceptable provided it shows date and time and year. Some people have used screen shot and visa was approved why some did export it was still successful. Export is faster BC you send everything to your email box and when u receive it then u it and copy and paste it on Microsoft word and convert it to pdf later. But one thing with exporting is that the pages are more. For screen shot, u can pick four chat in a week and paste on Microsoft, in each month u can paste 16 screen shot.

The export is very easy . Follow the attached. u can do it.

Surgery may not be necessary if conclusion were based on those implications ( - ve) except for the narrowing of the cervical canal.
How narrowed is the cervical canal? from the picture he took , it shows that my wife cervical canal is small.
Does it lead to complete or partial closure of her endocervix? From the HSG scan it shows partial but the doctor didn't explain that, just said that the opening of the cervical canal is small.
What could be responsible for the narrowing? I don't know please
Does she have retention of Menstrual fluid most of the time? No
Does she treat vaginal infection often? No
Has she given birth to a baby before? She had miscarriage last year
Was any form of surgery done on her lower reproductive organ before? No

It is only when these questions are answered I can give suggestion for a surgery or not but in the absence of any suitable answers, I would prefer you rely on the suggestion given by your physical doctor.

Good morning.

Many thanks for your response. Kindly see responses in bold (above,) Thank you

The pathology is Uterine leiomyomas, meaning Fibroid.
It is multiple by demonstration. However, size of each mass is not something to worry about..

So what is your suggestions. Should my wife go for the surgery to open her cervical?
See message below

Hello house please I need advice, my wife did HSG and some findings on the report was that the cervical caliber of the canal is small and it has a wavy outline. Please what does this mean? She went to her gynecologist and he did examination lithotomy by hanging her legs up and pictures were taken to check the hole of the womb. he then explained to my wife that it is small and need a Mimi surgery to open it for free flow of sperm. Please have any body experience this before. If yes kindly share and advice. Many thanks

Calibre is the interior diameter. It is shortened by demonstration of its wavy course. Thus, the spill may hardly drive up posteriorly if it is brought by foreign tissue mass or merely by narrowing of its inflow.

The nearest and most common object of suspicion could like be uterocervical fibroid or polyps. If this is not, it would be necessary (for me) to know her signs and symptoms before embarking on this investigation.

She doesn't have pain at all. Attached is the test of the fibroid. I await your response. Thank you

When I went for my HSG, the sonographer couldn't fix the instrument to the dye and I heard her saying cervical stenosis, so my HSG was done by catheterization method, but cervical stenosis was not written on my result.
When I mentioned the cervical stenosis to my doctor he said that it doesn't affect conception, that I shouldn't bother myself about it.

My dear the cervical stenosis affect conception. U need to goggle well. The doctor said he will have to open my wife own, that the hole is very small and prevent free flow of spem.

I really don't have an idea about it, if everything else is okay, it's likely that is the issue causing the delay. You can consult another gynaecologist to get a second opinion. Wish you all the best.

Thank you for your contribution

I have heard about it, I did not experience it though but my doctor checked me for it & talked about a patient he did it for and she conceived a while later. Let your wife go for it it's a simple procedure. You can google cervix stenosis. I believe that's what it's called.

Many thanks. I will advise her to go for it. Thank you

My advise is get a second opinion. This scan did not specify the size of the fibroid. If the fibroid is above 6cm, u shld start planning to remove it. Also if ur wife is not relaxed because of the hsg pains during the test, it could have some impact on the result.

Thank you for your response. This is the scan result for the fibroids
