Is that how to do verification of certificate.. If apc was ready to do the right screening, shouldnt it had been ing the issuing institution instead of just looking at certificate.. If it's by looking at paper certificate without verification from m the issuer, then someone can easily get an oluwole well crafted certificates and would have scaled through what apc did.. We have all gone to schools and we know how our certificates were verified that resulted in some people losing their issions..
