The error was network access related. That's the error my browser gives if there is no network. Look at the attached screenshot. I got that error trying to this comment with my data turned off.

This post that I just made above took two attempts to get posted and my network bar was full as you can see in the screenshot.

My MTN Internet access is absolutely horrible with my redmi 10C. I'm not kidding. 4G is even worse than 3G.

I updated from android 11 to 12 and it got even worse. I can't see myself ever buying Xiaomi product again.

This is just too frustrating. It's not the network, it's the phone. I have confirmed that.

I wish there is a solution that doesn't involve using custom ROM.

1tb data cap is not yet implemented. They are to start the implementation this month but I don't know if they have started.

Also, there is no way they throttle the speed to 1mps.
Should be more than 10mps in the peak period and no throttle in the off-peak period.

Read their policy on FUP for more information. It's on their site. Just Google it

That should tell you that bankers are simply doing what they do best in Nigeria: serving the highest bidder. Each branch is getting 30 million a day. At 20k limit, that amount will serve 1500 people. There are 1440 minutes in a day and each person spends at least one minute to withdraw money from ATM. Hence Less than 1500 persons can logically withdraw money in a day from an ATM. This is basic maths

Banks are selling this money to the highest bidders.

Not true. It has fair usage policy (FUP) that kicks in at 1TB. All unlimited data plans have it.

Once it kicks in your speed will be throttled by the ISP. But you can still use the network at very high speed. For starlink, the FUP speed is 1mbps

You're comparing different categories of Internet service providers.

MTN, GLO, AIRTEL, etc are mobile internet service providers.

Starlink is a broadband internet service provider. You can't use starlink with your phone except through WiFi. The equipment are not portable. Only good for home and office use. The thing comes with satellite dish o.

They are completely different niches. MTN, GLO, Airtel, etc will ALWAYS have their place.

I haven't confirmed that info but it'll be somewhat of a disappointment if true. I currently do 600 - 700GB monthly in my household. With a little more devices and individuals, we can easily 1TB and I would think Unlimited should mean Unlimited at least with a company like Starlink.

That 1TB is not data capacity. It simply means that once you use Upto 1TB, they will reduce your speed. But your speed will still be very high. Normal speed is over 100mbps.

Currency notes are fungible. It can change hands hundreds of times in a single day. So nobody is falling victim of anything. No court will accept such evidence.
