You should be able to.

You should also provide a consent letter, perhaps copy of marriage certificate and then an official identity( it could be drivers license, voters card ,NIN etc)

Check in with your bank too to confirm what documents they are happy to receive.

UWE Bristol is a very good school, but the city is expensive.
Leeds Becket I don’t know much.
Teeside might be cheaper/affordable and city too but it’s just an average school.
And seriously not a place that’s you might get a job easy like Coventry, Birmingham etc

Please which is a better option in of jobs and cost of living?

the money in ur is meant for ur school for and maintenance so I believe same ahoukd be available in ur till you get to your uk accommodation.

some schools allow you submit your application without port. But you will need it after you get ur conditional offer
