I bought umidigi a11 yesterday. When I power it off and on it again, then it bring the welcoming and go blank, I reset it and it work perfectly again until I off the phone again then it happens again. Pls I need help

Please help. I got a new umidigi a11 because of my budget, I have been phone less for 2month so I finally got a new phone @57k. I checked the phone review on YouTube before going for it. Now if I power off the phone it will not boot beyond the name and it will go blank until reset it in factory reset, any solution or should I return the phone, got it from jumia, am considering the stress of returning it plus the phone works perfectly until it goes off.
