Itzlinda: I don't think so. Dangote is ahead in Downstream at the moment due to its large refining capacity. NNPC with it's influence in the sector can still beat Dangote Refinery. It only need to incentivise companies to sign JV agreement with them to build refineries while holding large shares in the companies. The fact that these companies will be scattered across Nigeria will give NNPCL partnered companies better reach across Nigeria. NOTE: Dangote and NNPC are still fighting over Dangote shares meaning NNPCL may as well end up having vested interest in the progress of Dangote Refinery. NNPCL is the monopoly 1 Like |

Why criticize this man? Isn't he being innovative? Reality shows are quite popular among the young generation but most shows' contents are too 'evil'. This man workout a way to leverage reality shows to preach christianity. Now why criticize him? You people would still criticize him for being archaic if he practiced the puritanical Christianity, you lot already criticize muslims for this. SHAme |

vinexe: Ekiti State IEC is touted to be the best in the country. While camping in Ekiti during NYSC, the REC bragged about this and according to him it's due to how they invest more I training. They're usually the first. They've relatively small population too though 1 Like |

Zico5: Don't you think it's part of political wisdom to a candidate that'll win. Point of correction North doesn't hate Yorubas. You have no evidence bar rumors and hard tales. Stop peddling these stuffs. If there's any hatred between North and Igbos, the hatred is mutual. We can go back to history to see who first started it but there's no need. It doesn't matter who was right or wrong. Going forward, we can all do things differently better. , the North is after all a group of people where every individual will decide to whoever they want. As for odd hours, I have followed politics a little to have seen people changing even at the death. |

I agree with OBJ. Deep down if we remove all ifs and sentiments we know who's better for the country at this moment. But this is politics, only votes count and being the best doesn't necessarily matter.

englishmart:Even a Tinubu will struggle to beat this performance in the North. Jonathan won in Kwara, Kogi, Benue, Nasarawa, FCT, Taraba and Plateau. He had over a million votes in Kaduna, a Kardashian state. He had a generally good performance in across Northern states as well. Look at Niger, Yobe, Sokoto, Kebbi, Jigawa. Didn't win any but the defeat was minimal. His no shoe story was inspiring and a lot Northern leaders were backing him. He had Lagos and the whole of SW. I doubt if Obi can win all of SW as Dr Jonathan did. So, He will need votes from the North too. |

AirFireEarthH20: It's practically impossible in Kaduna. Of course nothing is entirely impossible in life but this is like saying Madagascar will win the World Cup. Your Census Data is also obviously wrong. Also PDP has huge among the Southern Kaduna. So their votes doesn't automatically translate to LP. 9 Likes 1 Share |

If Peter Obi get 40% votes in Kaduna State that'll result to him winning Kaduna. Can you honestly project that? 40% could also be enough to win Lagos too. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Brendaniel:He said Natasha and Bello were hence Bello should be allowed to lord over her? Natasha was removed from the APC senatorial candidate list before the 2019 APC primary election because Bello anointed the current inept sleepy head senator. As for op saying Natasha is a lawyer that's never won a case it's embarrassing. The wealthiest lawyers aren't the one hustling in courts but the ones representing organization, individuals and preventing them from ever appearing in courts. |

The two Else-ifs aren't working together. Each of them works if remove the other one. Only the last part works if I include both of them. Is there anything wrong with the syntax? Do you have a better way I can achieve the same result? Please help.

logicalhumour: I'm a farmer. I run an Agro brokerage group too. I was getting angry reading this until I get to the part where you wrote "of course infrastructure is key". That's it. I will take every other things you wrote as just normal NL bants. Good night. 7 Likes 1 Share |

Investing on infrastructure isn't bad especially when handled rightly. Optimal investment on electricity, transportation only can really do a magic for the economy. I got what Mr Peter Obi is driving at but rulling out infrastructural development in it's entirety as you guys are making it seems on this thread is wrong. A production economy is not an economy with absence of consumption. It'll be unrealistic to see it as such rather it's simply an economy with positive net production. more resources geared towards production. 2 Likes |

Samunique: Are you in anyway suggesting that we have only Christian victims of banditry in Kaduna? Like WhyTF will anyone be like that? You people machination is appalling. You have already trained your eyes to not to see people of other religions who have suffered from insecurity in Kaduna state because it doesn't serves the conspiracy you push. You filter statements, happenings, misrepresent them in ways that suit your evil cause. This is not right though. Never right. |

TheFacelessMan: I'm a Northerner, Seems you're from the North too. LOL I reckon Tinubu's biggest shot maybe Mal Nasiru Atiku's problem is the 14 NORTHERN GOVERNORS. Too much for him to work around. But there's still a little time for enough smear campaign to influence opinions a bit. There are certain collaborations/partnership that could still happen to shake things a bit. |

The problem here is that you insulted all of the north and at the end you said all of Nigerian youth should your Igbo dream. You think the Northerners are lesser humans, you even insult Igbo leaders that are friends with us. Even regular Igbos here in the North complained that whenever they visit home they are ridiculed, called awusa goats and they said they dare not speak Hausa at home. There's nothing of ours that can impress you as you find fault in everything we do. You insult our history, culture, occupation and tradition and sees only yours as sane. I don't have problem if you insult me or Buhari or any northern individuals but how can you insult everything we are and still want our s. You display all these bigotry and yet accused us of bigotry which in all sense is retaliatory. Majority of us who are not delegates here we all rooted for a South-West APC presidential candidate emergence and our governors writing in of same is only consequent of the mass call. We always want to honor agreements. Even if Buhari didn't want Tinubu (which isn't even verified), he didn't interfere with the process, he only encourage others to run and campaigned well. I was in of the vice president but majority of my friends argued that prof is a 'munafiki' that they preferred Asiwaju. But the fact is that we all wanted a Yoruba emergence. On the other hand, I won't say the same things if it's between us and you. IGBO WILL BE PRESIDENT. IGBO PRESIDENCY IS POSSIBLE AND WILL BE ACHIEVED. But there are things that need to be done FIRST. We need to end animosity and build mutual trust. We are largely uneducated and you're educated, the onus is on you to use your education to this effect. The time is running out because if for anything, Buhari's emergence shows that collaboration with your region is not as important as we thought. Now Tinubu will field a Northern mate strengthening that collaboration with Igbo region is not necessary. Now to your Obi presidency, North won't him that collaboration to foster mutual trust and respect need to be done FIRST and I doubt if there's time for that before 2023 as every talk now will not be honest and will be linked to just be because of the elections. Peter Obi will even struggle to find a popular Northerner to run alongside him - that'll be political suicide for the Northerner. How can they run alongside someone whose people are still insulting our being as their campaign strategy. Why Northerners don't Igbos politically? Besides that Igbos don't Northerners politically too there are more and I will write about it sometime. |
