By any means, whether mathematically or technically, Nigeria has qualified because with the remaining two games, Benin and Rwanda will meet and will either play draw or one takes three points so, even if Nigeria loses the remaining two games, it will finish second on the table. lalabrother: |

You don't expect a USD 20B refinery recently built to sell at a price lower than cost of production. Crude oil is sold to the Dangote refinery at international market price in Naira equivalent to current dollar exchange rate. What do you want him to do? To sell below cost price and kill the refinery? chatinent: |

There are always exceptions to a ruling party winning all elective seats in a state. For a state like Kaduna, it is almost impossible for a party to win all contested seats even if the party attempted rigging. Afrowits: |

That's what my people failed to understand or chose not to understand that pump price of petrol will be more than ₦1000 per liter if Dangote refinery sold directly to marketers except government supplies crude oil to the Dangote refinery at a subsidised rate. Gboss247: 1 Like |

The cost of producing one liter of petrol is more than ₦800, so if Dangote is to sell to oil marketers, we should be expecting pump price to be more than ₦1000 per liter. Bear it in mind that crude oil is being sold to Dangote refinery at international market rates. Dannyset: 1 Like |

Federal roads are in bad conditions, claiming the lives of thousands and costing motorists huge amount of money in repairs. It takes more than 2 hours to drive from Port Harcourt to Aba, a 60km road, due to bad condition of the road which $100m will be more than enough to fix but a government would be so insensitive to purchase an aircraft for the exclusive use of Mr. president. At a time when the government is telling citizens to make sacrifice because of its harsh economy policy, certainly, this purchase is a bad one and selfish. |

This disastrous performance is shameful and disgraceful and a reflection of the State of the nation. The minister of sports is solely responsible for this disaster and should honourably resign or sack if need be.

Saba bread, the best those years (90's). It is almost impossible to be in Kaduna without eating Saba bread. More than 30 years after, the tales of how good the bread was still lingers on. Sangoamadioha1: 1 Like |

I was with my parents who are still alive between 1982 and 1991 in Letmauk barracks Mokola - it was called 242 Recce battalion when troops moved from Epe, Lagos in 1982 and later named 244 Recce battalion when 242 was moved to Ikeja cantonment in 1987 and replaced with 244 Recce battalion from Ukwunanu, Enugu. To be honest, inflation is on the rise globally including in the US. Ghana's own was more than 40% and only drops to 38% recently.

More than 50 percent of customers are not metered and are billed under estimation. It's only fair that every customer is metered before tariff increase so that they manage their energy consumption. NLC should not protest the increase but demand energy metre for all.

At the height of the whole infamous Naira redesign policy, while Nigerians were suffering, Emefiele and former president Buhari became the best of friends. Emefiele acted with the approval of the former president who ed the CBN governor decisions and programmes with his heart, soul and body. To cut long story short, former president Buhari should also be arrested and prosecuted. His atrocities were worse than those of Emefiele.

OGHENAOGIE:What baffled me in the said video was that Elrufai, speaking in Hausa said "we will say in public that we are fair to all, but of course we will always favour Muslims more." I think Elrufai loves to hate Christians with ion and he is not pretending nor damns the consequences. Kaduna State has a significant Christian population but only one person was in Elrufai's cabinet. Was Elrufai promoting peace or sowing seeds of dissent? 1 Like |

These marketers are shameless liars and only interested in their own selfish interest. They claim to buy a 33,000-litre tank for ₦21m or more. How much are they now discharging per litre at the filling station. Unintelligent liars.
