Hello all mamas in the house, how are we doing. I know we have all gone through child birth experiences so I know we can relate to what I am to say.
Since I had my baby, I have been feeling some how, I don't know if it's depressed or irritating and my challenge is this. I was naked a lot during my child birth process and a lot of people inserted their hands inside me in the name of checking my cervix. I cringe any time I this even as I am typing I am barely holding it together, it's not been easy for me.
After some days I had my baby, I had to go back to the hospital cos I was bleeding profusely, by the way I had a c-section, so I had another dose of being touched and different things been inserted down there to help remove blood clots.
The thing now is I haven't been over this incidences, I feel highly uncomfortable in my own skin, I can't stand being naked, I can't stand not wearing pants, I feel so vulnerable.
As much as I understand that all they did was to safe my life, I just don't get how I feel, I haven't even been able to talk to my husband about it.

Hmmmmm I understand ow u feel, There's no woman who wasn't poked, just Dats d way we c it oh. Evn me as a 1st time mum If I d different fingers DAT poked me, both male n female doctors n nurses I cringe. Bt u just av 2 get ova it. N pray also, do d tinz DAT make u happy, take care of that God given precious Lo of urs and if it makes u still sad, talk 2 ur husband abt it, let it out ok. All is well DAT is good O'Le motherhood 4 u. If ur pregnant again its still d same process u will thru. Takecare of ur slf and b happy ok. D lords ur muscle pull.

Yes tnks, she can now stand while holding me just 4 some mins n its lyk wen she's standing she's happy. She feels ontop of d world coz she kips looking around, its only wen placed on her tummy 2 sleep and she wakes up, she kinds of Lyk stretches n DAT makes her move back wards, lyk a backward movemnt, dunno if its part of it. It will stop, dont worry. Just continue breastfeeding and bearing the pain. Some ppl also recommend nipple cream. I didn't use any cream though, it just stopped on its own.

2. I av toothache wat drugs cn I use 4 a nursing mum, so it won't affect my baby.... Been takin paracetamol.

3. My babys cattarh has refused 2 go, av been pressing d nose dy n 9t wit hot water n givn vit c notin, I plan on takin her 2 d hospital 2Mao, although hubby says its no cause 4 alarm.

Twin one doesn't make it look like I have twins. He eats, sleeps, sucks his tumb and sits to watch t.v.
Twin 2 on the other hand will never sit on her own. Its either u sit in front of her to play with her or carry her. When carrying her u can't just put her on ur lap. U either sing, clap, play and laugh or cry if u are pissed and she can't sleep on her own either. You sing, dance, jump, wiggle, make funny faces, doze off, wake up again to meet her fussy face. Lord!!!

Not all babies are meant to be big! My son is the smallest kid in his class....but he is hitting his milestones. My son has always been a small baby. He never had all those folds that babies have. Our family friends have a daughter, dhe is about 3 weeks older than my daughter, my daughter is much bigger than her.....but this girl is qlready ssying BYE with her mouth and hands. She is just a little over 9 months.

It's only in Nigeria people make a fuss about big babies. People made me feel so bad back in naija. It got to a point where I didnt even want to go out or wear fine clothes out, cos you get people looking at you as if you are spending money on yourself and not feeding your kid. My son was on Enfamil and imported cereals....different varieties....there was no mising of money.

Long and short....you are putting your kid in harm's way. I really want to know the outcome of this experiment you are performing on your live kid. Pls let us know if he magically adds weight. Hopefully, it is not mawu mawu you are giving the poor kid. So vexed!
