Umuneri Village Assembly, Isu - Aniocha, youth wing yesterday demanded from the Anambra State Government the valid acquisition papers and agreement used in acquiring 118 plots of their communal lands in order to put to rest the lingering crisis between it's agent, the Housing Development Corporation Awka, and their village Leadership.

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, on Thursday, vowed to launch Radio Biafra in President Muhammadu Buhari’s hometown in Daura, Katsina State.

England's brightest talents, Mason Greenwood and Phil Foden have been removed from England squad to face Denmark for Tuesday's UEFA Nations League tie after the pair breached coronavirus guidelines.

Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate confirmed the development after footage emerged on social media appearing to show the young pair with girls in a hotel room on Sunday.

The Manchester United and Manchester City starlets were both omitted from training on Monday and kept away from the rest of the squad as the Football Association investigated the matter.

The FA has now found that they disregarded both quarantine and behavior rules and have axed them from the squad.

England is due to make its way to Denmark from Iceland on Monday afternoon, but the pair will be flown home separately.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has finally ordered the reopening of schools and the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) orientation camps across the country.

The National Coordinator of the Presidential Taskforce on COVID-19, Dr Sani Aliyu, gave the details on Thursday during a briefing at the Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja, said the task force recommends phased return of students.

He said all schools should begin the process of working towards potentially reopening, and urge the state coordinators to conduct a risk assessment to ensure all schools are prepared to follow all safety protocols.
