Your cat is obviously sharing much bond with you by trying to eat from your plate. You need to set boundaries anyway. Does it have a dedicated plate for food and water? My cat often mews around its plate every morning in protest for food. It tries to come around my meals too, but I always chase it away and it doesn't often return. Its also important to be allowing it to go out in the night to fend for food. Once its getting its own food by itself, then the dependancy on you only for food reduces, but not its love

Why do you have to hate the northerners like this? You are not Nigerian more than them. We are all under the same constitution and allegiance.
Hate northerners ke? Have you seen what's going on in Lokoja and Bayelsa? Infact it's so bad that corpses are now floating on the streets somewhere in Balyesa state. No drinking water and access roads to get supplies in. This is actually the first time I'm hearing of flooding in Kano state. Please let's always be objective and logical

The issue is that Nigerians take a whole lot of things for granted. You went to another man's country, being lucky enough to be granted visa among many thousands that applied and got rejected. Perhaps on further vet check at immigrations office, you decided to pick phone and come online to protest.
To what end exactly? So we can pick cane and go flog their ambassador or burn their embassy? Because last time I checked, Dubai or any other developed country DON'T need more Nigerians. We're the ones that need them for refuge. Because of her stupid advocacy online now, other Nigerians have been denied access. Alaaseju people.

Like I commented the other day. Tinubu is a conditional philanthropist. There are worst cases of flooding in Kogi, Benue and Balyesa states, but the old bat turned his com to Kano to pacify them again. The other time he donated billions to Kano fire victims. This romance with Hausa/Fulani group is going to fail ultimately. Watch and see

Not funny and it is outrightly silly to call HE GEJ Idp(refugee) .
HE GEJ is still our former President, national asset and not dumb enough to ignore NIMET warning for months now advising citizens to leave flood prone areas below sea level and high tidal levels due to rising tides by natural pull of water by the moon.
You play too much with serious issues and that is why folks in authority never take you serious. The report should be to educate the public and draw attention to the lessons to be learnt from it not faffing around on it because you are addicted to idleness and recklessness on social media.

The devil rarely appears to us in dark cape, pitchfork and terrific looking horns, but rather through everything we deeply desire. This man has had this deep notion of being the president since like forever. Now he's claiming to be our long lost messiah the same way he brought the incumbent. If fate decides positively for him, we'd all be here to see how he fares.

So the stuffs you listed, how many has he done for the community?

People should see the bigger picture here. Dangote is a selfish capitalist who cares for nothing other than his family name and business interests. Apart from the road from the company to kabba built by the company, what other things have the immediate community of Obajana benefitted from the massive industry? If you through frequently, you will see lots of uncompleted and unplastered houses everywhere. Nothing of significance happens in Obajana apart from cement dust big generator noises.
I really pity those ones in Lekki who has welcomed his refinery with open hands. They will understand things better soon. How about his salt factory in Sango? I've been in that neighborhood before. Even the road there is terrible.
Thank God Ondo state dodged the bullet of his refinery. The more you look, the less you see indeed.

In actuality, this project might not make much sense to Lagosians the way it is being hyped, when operational. Like the other time, they were touting the Lagos Ibadan rail project as the missing link that will enable Ibadan residents to work in Lagos and commute back daily, till they fixed the price way above 2000 naira. Which means at 3000, for 5 days, 4 weeks a month, you've racked up 60k on transport alone. One hasn't factored the provocative cost of living under Buhari nowadays.
Now with Tinubu's campaign at the corner and China expecting their payback, the cost of commute will still not be favourable to the masses who really needs it. They will still resort to their cheaper buses, thus not less traffic

seguntijan:
BUHARI FAILED?
1. “Buhari is a failure,” but please who has done more roads and bridges than this Gov’t since the coming of democracy in 1999?
Let’s deal with facts as we move on…
2. “Buhari is a failure,” but can you tell me any istration that has done more housing projects since 1999 than this Gov’t?
Maybe @StatiSense can help us here!
3. “Buhari is a failure,” but before Buhari, Boko Haram was having a caliphate in Borno. You needed scanners to screen people in banks and churches. Suicide bombing was a norm, is it still the same today? The NW & NC won’t be different, they will collect too.
Considerable success has been made in the North-East as a whole, & even the blind knows that, except the ‘politically blind’. Nothing is insurmountable, we will win in the NW & NC to either now or the next .
But PMB has laid that foundation already with arms acquisition.
4. “Buhari is a failure,” but there was a time in this country when the farmers-herders clash became a National problem and a clout-chasing topic. But this same “failed” Gov’t designed the NLTP, and today, has that not been minimized? Why are we not talking about this?
5. “Buhari is a failure,” but since the time of the military days, no President has equipped the Army, Airforce, and Navy simultaneously like this istration. It is a fact!
You can also “Go and !”
6. “Buhari is a failure,” but how many cancer centers were in Nigeria before this failure came, and how many do we have now? Lagos, Umuahia, and Kano have world-class Cancer Centers today.
How do you measure failure?
7. “Buhari is a failure,” but since the war that ended in 1970, it took this failure to recognize the Biafra Army and Police who fought during that war, and even pay their pension and emoluments accrued to them all these years.
Failure?
8. “Buhari is a failure,” but it took the ‘failure’ to build the Zik Mausoleum after years of neglect; recognizing M.K.O Abiola as a President that he should have been, & awarding him all that is due to him as an ex-President, and even declaring June 12, our democracy day.
9. “Buhari is a failure,” but this failure has brought reforms into the Governance system like implementing IPPIS and TSA for more ability, even when these 2 have been existing for years before this Gov’t.
10. “Buhari is a failure,” for having a “rubber stamp” NASS that has ed more important bills that affects the life of every Nigerian than any Gov’t or NASS has ever done in Nigeria. Every bill has been a huge reform in all sectors — from Energy to electoral reforms.
11. “Buhari is a failure,” for paying pensioners your “letter writer” & his Vice sold the companies they were working & forced to quit their jobs with no emolument whatsoever.
Go & tell the workers of ALSCON, Delta Steel, NICON, Nigeria Airways, NAHCO, etc that Buhari failed na.
12. “Buhari is a failure,” but we were only having an unfinished Abuja-Kaduna rail when he took over — he finished it. Now, we have Lagos-Ibadan, Warri-Itakpe, PH-Maiduguri (under construction), Kaduna-Kano (under construction), and he’s a failure. Issokay!
13. “Buhari is a failure,” but where was ProForce, DICON, NAVMC? While DICON was existing, what were they producing? Today, we have these companies bringing our hardware for our military like never seen before in this country — and Buhari has taken us back to 1900?
If the environment was not created, or Buhari failed, will ProForce be in Nigeria today? Why didn’t they come to Nigeria when Nigeria was in 2050? Would Innoson have been producing parts for our military today? “Buhari failed” kee u dia!
14. “Buhari is a failure,” but what was the state of our General and Specialist hospitals before this Gov’t came? This Gov’t has not only digitalized them, but they have also renovated and equipped many. Didn’t we see videos where people’s parents looted money for hospital equipment?
Are they the Gov’t?
The children of the CMD of that hospital in PH and his cohorts that were trying to divert the N900mn Gov’t intervention, are also here calling their “father” a failure. Hypocrites!
15. “Buhari is a failure,” but before he came, I celebrities doing videos to mock our Int’l airport. In one instance, 2face did a video at the Kotoka Int’l Airport to mock We’ve all forgotten all that today, because “Buhari has taken us to 1896” with better airports.
16. “Buhari is a failure,” but he fought the DISCOS your ‘crooked’ lovers sold our electricity to, and today we are having our DISCOS back one after the other, while the SIEMENS deal is bringing that much-needed electricity we’ve been yearning for all these years.
It’s real, it’s verifiable. If that is what failure looks like, I want to be a failure every day.
17. “Buhari is a failure,” but before this Gov’t, piracy on our waters was alarming. Insurance on goods from abroad was in the thousands of $$. This Gov’t investment in our NAVY & NIMASA simultaneously has made our waters one of the safest in the world today. Is this failure?
18. “Buhari is a failure,” but his Gov’t has promoted “Made in Nigeria” goods more than any since 1999. Executive Order was even signed to that effect, & today the benefit can only be well put in words by our farmers (grains & livestock), and manufacturers (Innoson, Nord, etc). Failure?
19. “Buhari is a failure,” but his Gov’t was the first to give some Universities an uninterrupted power supply by providing them with solar electricity. BUK—Kano, FUAM—Makurdi, UDUS—Sokoto, FUNAI—Ebonyi, and UniMAID (almost completed). Do you call this failure?
20. “Buhari is a failure,” but we only had an Apapa & TinCan port before he came — today, Onne & Calabar ports are receiving cargos under his istration. Onitsha Port has just been concessioned. Let’s not even talk about the State ports coming up, like Lekki, Badagry & Ibom.
Are we back to 1924?
“Buhari is a failure,” but before this ‘failure,’ nobody was bold enough to establish a refinery in Nigeria. The common modular refinery, how many were in Nigeria before this ‘failure’ came? We have modular refineries in Imo, Bayelsa, Edo, and even Delta now.
Dangote and BUA are building refineries, while the PH refinery is being totally turned into a brand new one, but Buhari failed, and Nigeria is now in 1740.
What is your definition of failure? How has not being able to end insecurity turned to failure? How has inflation which is a global phenomenon become the indices to measure failure? Can the Gov’t do better economically and security-wise? Of course, they can.
Can only 1 Gov’t solve the whole problem in Nigeria? No, of course not. But we must look at where we were coming from, the available resources then and now, and the pandemic and global economic downturn should be factored in too if you’re being open-minded.
Insecurity can never end in society, they come in different ways, the only thing is to have a Gov’t that can respond to them as they come.
This Gov’t has done its best and we must acknowledge that, while also pointing out where they didn’t meet expectations. Using blanket statements like “Buhari has failed” is trying to be politically blind and deaf. Yes, I said it!
Buhari will hand the baton over to Tinubu and he will continue from where Buhari stopped and conclude the race to perfection.

Only in Nigeria will a President be the one conferring foreigners with citizenship titles and even stooping so low to take pictures with them just to score useless political point
How many Nigerians that became citizens of UK, US, Canada, etc met with UK Prime Minister or US President or Canadian Prime Minister to receive their citizenship port or whatever?
These lowlifes elected by uninformed Nigerians keep disgracing Nigeria thinking they are scoring political points, what a shame
And the same unfortunate Nigerians are gathering, plotting to elect another sect of criminals and terrorists to continue destroying the fortunes of Nigeria, and after they have collected peanuts to elect criminals as their leaders, they will start trooping to their prayer houses and so called worship centers to pray to their imaginary gods to better their lives and next they are saving all their life's income to bribe their ways for foreign country visas to migrate to nations built by sensible leaders elected by reasonable citizens to go and work like slaves till they die and their kids continue from where they stopped.

Sadly, this is true. This morning at a restaurant near my residence, I and a couple of bachelors wondered aloud, how full house wives will come and be dragging breakfast with us every morning. Its a serious issue such that they even come to buy food for their children to take to school. I pity men and their children in marriages of nowadays.

Thing changed from how it was in 90s.
Now, married women want to flex like married men
Now, married women want have same authority as husband.
Now, married men want to share responsibilities equally as wife.
Still imagine, how marriages will look like in 10yrs to come.
Marriage shouldn't be as my mother/father did it, we are in 21st century, yet it's deteriorating on hourly bases.

Normally you would have just avoided them. It's sad that that Darwinian principle doesn't apply on the internet. Imagine if you had to take the intelligence test before you are granted access, then the web will be full of intellectualism and critical reasoning.
Our kings go about marrying wives and shaking their irukere all over the place. The British monarchy has been all about service. Queen Elizabeth once enrolled in the army as a mechanic during one of the world wars.
The British people paying the taxes are not actually bating an eye, we that we are leeching off their welfare are complaining. Such irony!
Meanwhile, how has the four year rotational system of democracy helped us? It has only bred corrupt and nepotistic leaders with selfish interest. Because it's like a timed clock that triggers the need to steal as much as you can within the specified period. Imagine having a monarch that isn't going anywhere, but guiding a prime minister for the best interests of the country. Look at Dubai for example, just like Britain, hasn't the monarchial system worked for them?
Omoluabi16:
Not to talk of the hundreds of 'first class obas or igwes or Emirs in Nigeria that are all maintained by their respective state government. Lets not forget the baales and local chiefs too. monarchy is in spain, Saudi, Denmark and a host of other European countries. Africa has local kings too. It would be a big mistake, a very foolish thing if they abolish their monarchy. They would be throwing away centuries of history and I trust they won't!

I ain't referring to the Woman of God. I am referring to most of the comments.
Corporate Executives steal money, then make huge donations to religious groups. We praise them. We glorify them. Politicians, confirmed looters of our national treasury, make donations to churches and mosques, we hail them for being generous. But we all know these set of people, especially the Politicians, must have terminated some people's life/destinies to get to the positions they are.
I have met MC Oluomo at several functions. This guy, I got to know, doesn't drink, doesn't smoke. And he warns his boys all the time not to engage in these vices. And when it comes to making donations to religious groups and activities, I doff my hat for that man.
Since you probably know him one on one, how did he make his money? He's so rich that he has children schooling and working abroad. Did he make such a fortune from trade unionism or we have another Tinubu on our hands who accumulated wealth from unknown sources?
