Did you know

A woman’s period blood isn’t dirty or toxic at all—it’s so sterile that, in emergency situations, it’s been used in wound healing and skin grafts in medical research.

Your body literally creates a nutrient-rich, stem-cell-loaded healing substance every month… and most women think it’s “waste.”

Imagine—your womb isn’t just a baby incubator; it’s a healing factory.

Crazy, right?

That same period blood you were taught to hide, shame, flush away?
It contains mesenchymal stem cells—the SAME type of stem cells people pay millions for in regenerative medicine.

→ The SAME cells used in experimental treatments for spinal cord injuries.

→ The SAME cells studied for rebuilding heart tissue after a heart attack.

→ The SAME cells showing potential for anti-aging therapies.

And here’s the WILDEST part:
Scientists have patented menstrual blood stem cells for medical use—while most women throw them away, unaware of their power.

Your womb isn’t just reproductive.
It’s regenerative.
It’s revolutionary.
It’s life giving.

You are welcome!

I owe Mohbad a lot and i will pay everything to his son” ~ Juma Jux

Interviewer : You had Liam as a groomsman. Tell us about it.

“In 2022, Mohbad ed me for a Collabo. That period, I was still working on the promotion of a song I released back then and I promised him we were going to make it work. I’ve really got that ma guy a big debt to pay for not giving him that collabo back then.

When I started organizing my wedding with my wife, I told her “Liam will be my first grooms man” but my brother Diamond will play the role since he man enough and understands the event. The same stylist who did my outfit for the white wedding was the one who did Liam’s own too. I owe his father a lot and I will make sure I pay all to his son.”

Moral lesson : Jux is not just an in law of the country, but a good man too. 🎉😘

In Brazil, there is a unique program called "Redemption through Reading" that allows prisoners to reduce their sentence by reading books. The idea behind this program is to encourage education and personal growth, while helping inmates improve their chances of successful rehabilitation. Under this initiative, prisoners can earn up to 4 days off their sentence for each book they read, with a maximum of 12 books per year.

To participate, inmates must choose from a list of approved books in various genres like literature, philosophy, science, and classical works. After reading a book, they are required to write a report or essay to show they understood it. This process not only promotes learning but also provides inmates with a productive and meaningful way to spend their time behind bars.

The program is part of a broader effort to reduce recidivism (the tendency for released prisoners to re-offend) by helping prisoners gain knowledge, develop critical thinking skills, and better prepare for life outside of prison. Through this initiative, inmates have the opportunity to gain new perspectives, improve their education, and create a path for reintegration into society once their sentences are complete.

Kehinde and Taiwo Ogundipe: Twins Who Share One Wife

In 1978, a magazine called Drum published a story about twins Kehinde and Taiwo Ogundipe. They were married to the same woman, who already had a baby with them.

One of the twins explained their decision, saying: "We wanted to show the world that just like one man can have many wives, twins can share things to show we're one.

God made us to be together in everything we do.

WHY YOU SHOULD DRINK WATER ON AN EMPTY STOMACH IN THE MORNING

It is very good to drink water immediately upon waking. Scientific evidence has proven this to be true.

According to the Japanese Medical Society, it can effectively treat the following diseases:

Headaches, body aches, heart problems, arthritis, tachycardia, epilepsy, excess fat, bronchitis, asthma, tuberculosis, meningitis, urinary problems and kidney disease, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, diabetes, hemorrhoids, all eye diseases, constipation, menstrual disorders, and ear, nose, and throat diseases.

Treatment Method

1. In the morning, before brushing your teeth, drink 2 glasses of water.

2. Brush your teeth, but do not eat or drink for 15 minutes.

3. After 15 minutes, you can eat and drink normally.

4. After breakfast, lunch, and dinner, do not eat or drink for 2 hours.

5. Elderly or sick people who cannot drink 2 glasses of water can start with 1 glass of water and gradually increase their intake.

This treatment method can cure the sick and allows others to enjoy a healthier life.

The following list indicates the number of treatment days required to treat the main ailments.

1. High blood pressure - 30 days
2. Gastritis - 10 days
3. Diabetes - 90 days
4. Constipation - 10 days
5. TB- 90 days
6. Patients with polyarthritis should continue treatment for only 3 days in the first week and, from the second week onwards, every day.

It's better to drink hot liquids or warm water with meals, not cold water.

Drinking cold water or a cold drink after a meal solidifies the fatty foods you've just eaten. This slows down digestion.

Once this 'mixture' reacts with digestive acid, it breaks down and is absorbed more quickly than solid food.

This slows down digestion, which causes fat to accumulate in our bodies, and damages the intestines.

It's best to drink lukewarm water or plain water at room temperature.

Cold water is dangerous for the heart.

Be aware that one of the symptoms of a heart attack is pain in the left arm.. Beware also of severe pain in the jaw line.

You may never experience chest pain first during a heart attack.
Nausea and intense sweating are very common symptoms.

Today, I had the opportunity to meet with Quadri Yusuf Alabi, the young boy whose story moved us all. After enduring unjust and illegal incarceration, he is finally free, and I am very grateful to the lawyers led by @inibeheeffiong, who fought for his release and also @DeleFarotim and Ms Hassana Nurudeen,, whose constant intervention was instrumental in securing justice for the young lad.

I listened to Quadri today, and one thing stood out clearly: his unwavering desire for education. Despite all he has been through, his only dream is to return to school and complete his education and I will make sure he gets it.

His determination is not just inspiring; it is a call to action, and I am committed to ensuring that he gets the education he desires and deserves.

In addition, we must not stop at his release. Those responsible for his illegal incarceration must be held able. As we strive to build a Nigeria where fairness and integrity prevail, we cannot afford to allow such acts of criminality to go unpunished.

I once again thank the lawyers and everyone who stood and remained unrelenting for justice.

Together, we will build a Nigeria where education, freedom, rule of law, equity and justice, care and protection of the less privileged in our midst will stand as the foundation of our democracy.

A new Nigeria is Possible.

I love Fuji music, but that doesn’t mean I ire every Fuji artist out there. I’m quite selective about the kind of Fuji music I listen to. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting some iconic figures in the genre--like the late Sikiru Ayinde Barrister, Wasiu Ayinde, Dauda Epo Akara, Adewale Ayuba, and Alhaji Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, among others.

The last Fuji musician I met before leaving Nigeria was Pasuma, popularly known as Paso or Baba Wasi. Providence made us to meet on June 25, 2008. We were both on the same flight from Lagos to Zurich--he was heading to the Netherlands for a show but had a brief stop in Zurich for an event, while I continued by train to Neuchâtel, Switzerland. During that journey, we had several conversations, and they completely reshaped my perception of Fuji musicians. I found Pasuma to be not just talented but also humble and charismatic. That encounter deepened my love for the genre.

Around that same time, I started listening to Saheed Osupa, and his music really stood out to me. His style felt deep--full of knowledge, wisdom, and poetic expressions. Since then, I’ve kept a close eye on his career. What’s impressed me most is that, unlike many others in the industry, Osupa has stayed clear of scandal or controversy, both within and outside entertainment circles. Just to be clear, I’m not referring to the common “orin eebu” (songs of criticism or seniority war) that often happen between Fuji musicians--whether between older and younger artists or among peers. That’s part of the Fuji culture, and it’s not the focus of this piece.

So, it came as a surprise when Portable publicly attacked Osupa for taking down one of his songs from online platforms. According to reports, Portable had sampled Osupa’s work without seeking permission--a clear violation of intellectual property rights. Osupa, as the rightful owner of the original work, was within his legal and moral rights to request its removal. Music is not just sound; it’s sweat, time, creativity, and ownership. When you use someone else’s work without proper clearance, it’s more than just disrespectful--it’s theft. Copyright exists to protect creators, and royalties are part of that structure.

Instead of acknowledging his wrongdoing, Portable took the low road--insulting, defaming, and disrespecting a man who could be old enough to father him. In Yoruba culture, elders are revered. No matter your fame or talent, you don’t publicly insult someone who has paid his dues and maintained his integrity.

While I don’t the way Portable was reportedly incarcerated--because the proper legal path should have been a civil suit for defamation--it is clear that he needs to be held able. If he had ignored a court summons, then legal steps such as a warrant for arrest could have followed. What he needs now is a hard reset--a lesson in humility and decorum. This is not the first time he’s disrespected people or stirred controversy unnecessarily. Talent without character is like a house built without a foundation; it will collapse.

Even if you are highly gifted and walking in divine favour, a terrible character can drive that grace away. Portable needs to check himself. It’s not too late for him to apologise sincerely--because this time, he crossed the line and offended the wrong person.

Achalugo, this is not shade. This is hygiene.

Before you expect odogwu to go down on you…
Go down there yourself.

Yes — with your own hand.

Swipe. Smell. Ask yourself honestly:
“Would I put my mouth here if I were him?”

If the answer is no,
Then do the work.

Because the same mouth you want to receive pleasure from
Is the same mouth that smells it first.

It’s not just about sex.
It’s about respect — for your body and your partner.

Your pH is a system.
Your scent is a signal.
Your hygiene is your responsibility.

Clean doesn’t mean odorless.
But it should never mean offensive.

Take care of your garden before inviting someone to explore it.

Talmabout, don’t kiss me with the mouth you l!ck me with.

It’s #EasterFriday. Don’t forget to reach out for a diet plan.
