Brother what am saying in essence is if u think u can't meet up Winter, Summer is here. Take up the responsibility early and be in the front run. U can do interview November and get AM December, my guy got his Summer visa approval in December last year, he missed the previous winter. What stops u from researching around and apply tactics this time and believe God's grace to see u through. Being in Cat B won't affect u much if u are among early lead. My sister Sassy92 and many more are already gearing up for Summer, now she's doing German language preparing herself to have that edge, that is the spirit of the race bro. Or should I talk about my two bros here that I learned patience from, Eldeee and dailydolars these two have been running this race for about 3 years now, d have done interview several times and gotten a good response but couldn't meet up, yet d are not daunted, d are on it even as I write this, one have done interview this winter and the other is preparing to revisit the same embassy come August. Please take note that Summer applications would be challenging as well with this new Category rules, meaning the applicants in Category B will triple.

The truth is you fail to understand a simple post. I saw your rubbish suggestion about people cancelling dates & then they should use an enrolment deadline with a later date. They are so many consequences if people that booked 2 months ago take that route. Would it not be foolish for them to cancel their registration after waiting that long.

Well, I ed for an appointment with the german consulate around May when my dog was pregnant, she don give birth to 7 puppies, yet I never still get appointment date. I no fit even shave my beards because no motivation to shave... So brother, it is the time to try elsewhere.

Well, I would rather apply into other countries than to put all my eggs in one basket with no positive besides it is actually easier to immigrate into Canada after schooling. I believe it takes just 4 years after living in Canada before one can be qualified to a legit immigration process compare that to . They speak english in canada, weed is legal in canada... Lol...Canada is a fantastic place + I won't lie to you very soon Canada will be a world power country. I love the fact they speak two languages in Canada. It is a beautiful country my friend. Don't get me wrong is also beautiful and both have quality standard of education but in the end, it is better to have options and take next steps.

If it is about cost, I would advise you to double your hustle because could also implement tuition fee at any time. Ciao!

The embassy folks are really not happy with applicants bombarding them with calls for AD.
I know quite a number of us have been waiting for AD for a month or more.
No doubts this new development stems from the incessant calls to the embassy by applicants for AD. I got this info from someone at the embassy.
Note that this only affects Students visa and not other visa categories.

Please and please lets help ourselves so they dont come up with stricter measures for applying for student visa cos its looking like this will be their next step.

Yes, I will advise every other person to do the same. By the time this week ends it will be 2 months since I have been waiting for appointment date. I sent an email but no reply whether cat A or B. If just one person s then it means majority are not bothered but if everyone s them, then we could get an answer.

On this note, my German journey will likely end soon. I have switched to plan B. I will likely cancel my cat B registration soon to also help those who still believe they will get a date.

I have tried. waiting 2 months for an appointment date and not knowing what's happening speaks alot...

Just June 12 alone, 2 slot cancelled and probably wasted.
We are doing ourselves and blaming embassy, until d start new system of booking like paying visa fees prior booking, this would keep reoccurring.
D thought it was only Cat B people that don't honor their Appointment.
As I write now, some are on verge of cancelling theirs too while many patient ones no come get date over 3 weeks of getting ission.

I won't blame those that booked and cancelled to be honest. It is not their fault likewise The embassy, they know why they set the category thing, I can't say why but from my own view, they could have made it easier and better if they found a way for people to for appointment with the school's ission letter in order to favor those who are legitly itted already. I don't like this category thing honestly but it is not my decision. They know best.

Well I booked since May in Cat B... I ask myself if that time was not a good time to book for an appointment against August/September enrolment. If I don't get an appointment date, then when should I have booked for one? If people that booked since May don't end up getting dates then it is unbelievable... but I wan't to believe that they know what they are doing and they know the system better than us. All we can do is wait in my opinion as they said.

Yes. Free for all non-eu also. The last time I checked, Norway is amongst the top 10 richest countries in the world & there are job oppurtunities because of low population. So imagine if one gets a good job in Norway even after paying taxes. Your future will be very bright. The Norwegian economy is making vast progress. Australia, Austria,Canada, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland are other good options too but man go pay tuition, regardless, if one lands a job in one of these countries. Honestly it is sad...Trust me, I feel your pain bro... We have no control over this. At this point I am already considering my options incase date no show. I have even started researching on Norway... If they don't give Cat B dates then it is better to start planning ahead for other alternatives. Even me sef my enrolment deadline is very close... So I can't rely on the embassy anymore. I don't think they consider Cat B and if that is actually true, Norway is an option now
