Good evening house!

Please I need your advice. Aside my BSc. certificate, I have a two-year diploma certificate and statement of result from an higher institution which was d to the University of Benin. The certificate was issued by Uniben (Institute of Public istration and Extension Service).

Unfortunately, I laminated these two documents years ago. Is it advisable to add it to my application ? I doubt if embassy would legalize it. Or should i let go and concentrate only on my BSc certificate ?

AlphaNugget:

Go with what is in your international port, and do well to do an affidavit of name reconciliation or confirmation of name (that will cover your documents)

Okay Noted. Thanks boss!

Hello Everyone!

Please, I need a clarification on names in official documents. My academic documents only have my surname and first name.

However, my international port has my surname, first name and middle name. Will this be an issue at the embassy or do I need to sign an affidavit to this effect before taking them to the embassy?

In addition, for my Master and Visa applications, should I continue with the Surname and first name or Surname, first name and middle name ?
