There are some apps like DiskDigger that can restore deleted apps. Check the AppStore.

There are several apps you can try:

1. Undeleter for Root s
2. Dumpster Image and Video Restore
3. DiskDigger Undelete
4. Android – Recycle Bin

You might have some adware installed on your PC.

Do a factory reset and your phone will restore to its factory configuration. Thus you will get rid of the the adware and any extra stuff installed on it.
