Helo My friend, 1st bank like u knw is a first gen bank. It has a good asset base and a very firm level of job security is guaranteed except u are not sincere in ur financial dealings and transactions. It is also a bank that has one of the best pension policies as regards the banking industry. I also wrote the test and smashed it beyond recognition, I was very confident and my sis in intercontinental gave me very importyant tips. Anyway i wont be taking their offer because i just got a job with a world renowned Pharmaceutical company. 1st banks pay isnt as juicy as what d new gen banks giv. I know its nt above 6ok for freshers, but i think if u r goin in as a professional, it depends on your area of involvement, I'm an IDUSTRIAL MICROBIOLOGIST by profession and training. Thanx and keep believing in urself n ur career.
