MrPein:At least for those who already have their applications approved. A lot of people have been stuck on security for months. |

My pipo. anything and everything you can to avoid that ADR of a thing. An ADR can set your application processing back one month especially if the requested is basic stuff that determines your eligibility, based on review. Even RPRF, if you can pay that once alongside application fee, pay the darn thing. These periods, application times are not certain and anything that will make case processing assistant or and agent give you ADR, only God knows when officer will come to review it then initiatiate your security. |

Belle35:Im saying that In of FSW eligibilty which is one of the first stages of your assessment even after AOR; select as primary NOC, whatever NOC you've nominated that gives you enough points for years experience as primary occupation towards achieving at least 67/100. |
![]() |
Belle35:Primary NOC is whatever you set as primary NOC in skill 0/A/B. Which adviseably should be what you have at least more years of experience at. Belle35:Using two NOCs is accepted. Also accepted is your total work experience of 3 years. However if you use your first NOC (1 year experience) as primary NOC then you might likely fail the FSW eligibility (67/100) which would give you 9 points (1 year) for experience - only primary NOC counts for FSW eligibilty. Anyways, other factors such as quality of your English scores, degrees or availability of siblings in Canada may also improve FSW eligibility score regardless. |

adeshna: Did you read my reply? I needed to know what are you trying to prove other than making your application a complex one. I feel like typing sha, so let's examine it. I have answered if it's possible to work in two places at the same time. I'll be basically repeating myself. This is from IRCC; full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours) The important part is IRCC requires one year continuous work in your primary NOC. So even if 6 months in year 2017-2018 is shared between your contract and main job (i dont know if that can/will be called a continuous year for your primary NOC) - maybe it will since there are no gaps (6 months full time to another 6 months full time in one or more jobs). Also hoping that 2018 till 19' was strictly full time at your primary noc in main job - this satisfies that requirement. Let me just chip this for clarity: you cannot have worked in a place for 3 years, then did a 6 month contract work in that 3 year period then expect to get a total of 3 year, 6 month experience. 1 Like |

adeshna: What you trying to achieve here. To claim 3 years, 6 months? ![]() Maximum points you can get for work experience is 3 years which you already have. This is funny but I'll try, If that contract working experience is sweeting you much to add then, 1.IRCC has this for people like you full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours) This will be interesting because firstly, your 3 years experience from 2017 at your main job shrinks to 2 years 6 months ![]() To reclaim the additional 6 months that will make you eligible for maximum points for 3 years work experience, I have no idea if IRCC will count that as a direct 6 months but i guess they should because you already have the 1 continuous year requirement ![]() 2. To spice things up, If you even claim part time work for the 6 months, which would then mean both offices must also state that in yo letter then, IRCC Work hours for Part time, taken as 15 hrs/week for 24 months which equals mandatory 1560 work hours for a year experience. Note that if you worked like Jackie during this your moonlighting and did 35 hours/week, its non of IRCC's concern as only 30 hrs max per week will be scored. This definitely means you'll need to tweak the hours to meet 30hrs/week. I guess IRCC will also count this as 6 months like the one prior. I guess ![]() ![]() I'll still like for you to try; unlock new levels for us If you are not trying to claim points or anything, add the 6 months experience in your personal history and leave your main 2017 work THE WAY IT ARE 1 Like |

Sweetlikehoney: I see no reason why NYSC should be mentioned even. Get your ppa write you a detailed letter-head work reference. Also make them state and take ownership of the total salary NYSC paid you. Otherwise, outrightly mention NYSC and fast, In hope that your application does not near "local knowledge" visa office. Regarding the low salary. I wish we could remind VOs we all applying for PR cause the most of us been receiving shitty salaries in countries we is. 4 Likes |

You also have the option of using NIPOST if you arent in a hurry.Or if you wont care if the document gets missing. Yes documents are allowed via email with the school domain. |
