It was later i received a debit alert from gtbank and i don't know the guys whereabout. I have been calling his number since then but he won't answer my call.

The bank can't remove funds from the customer's without their consent. Because that is a strong basis for a lawsuit. So ask for the customer's number and talk with him/her. That's the fastest way to resolve this.

You're even lucky you have the person's number. I don't have any of the person . I don't know him either. So I can't even reach him. I told the bank to give me the guys number they refused. I understand that.

Bro, if it were to be my ex, haba I won't bother myself. It's the married men that will understand. My wife was in labour and if you see the way she was shouting even before we got to the hospital. O boy, I was scared at a point. It was during the shouting and crying the Dr asked me to deposit 30k which I did. The Dr called me and said he didn't see it. I was like is something wrong with you ni? Money that I have been debited for. I now forwarded the debit slip to him. That's where we discovered the error. It's more than a month now still nothing. I made an Erroneous Transfer on the 6th of January from my Gtbank to another Gtbank . I went to the bank to complain and I was given a form to fill. Infact, I was told the has been blocked so there's no way the owner can withdraw the money. I was expecting the customer care official to move my money back since it has been verified that I did the transfer truely.

The funniest reply I got was that I should go and pray to God to touch the owner of the . ABEG, WETIN CONCERN GOD with transfer? Please, any idea how I can get my money back?. Your advice will be appreciated. It's just 30k
