sisisioge: God bless you for saying the truth.. Yoruba men only marry financially stable women, they most times don't care beauty. I know this because i live in Akure and i see this a lot. I attended big schools and most of my classmates have mothers who were divorced or married but still paying all the bills. Most of these women were very rich too with financially unstable men. Sometimes, i wonder how u guys cope and on top of that, the man will still cheat. Yoruba women are hustlers and hard working while their men are not men enough. I really dont like yoruba men but i dont hate them either just that their attitudes towards life and family is not great. |

PureFace1: Yoruba people patronize us because we render a service. We are both doing each other a favour. The only yoruba person in our street that ventured into the business did not last up to 2 years in the business. |

Toluobaeko11: That i have lived there all my life does not stop me from saying the truth. Ondo state is still very under-deverloped and that is the the truth. The last Governor, Mimiko, really tried in of infrastructure in that state and even at that it is still backward. Every money my parents make there, my parents worked tirelessly so Ondo state government do not give my parent any free money. Yes, my parents businesses thrive because they work hard and we live peacefully because we do not break any laws and mind the businesses that pay us. Ondo state is my second home so no bad sentiments. I just want more to be done in of infrastructure. The current Governor is not doing anything tangible. |

ERockson: Uncle, I am not calling it backward just because i want to insult it. I am calling it so because it is undeveloped. PERIOD. The last Governor, Mimiko, really tried for that state and really developed it and even at that, it is still undeveloped. Now, imagine how bad it was before. That i have lived there for so many does not stop me from saying the truth about it. I am currently there for the Covid-19 break and it has still not changed much just that the Igbos are currently finished buying lands in Arakale and carr street and are renovating it. That's all. U cant compare Ondo state to Enugu and Anambra(i dont know about the other 3 Eastern states as i have not been there). Okay, give me the names of the developed places in Ondo states and put me to shame. 2 Likes |

ERockson: Benefitted what exactly? My parents are not even in the civil service, so what exactly are u onto? The land my parents build our house was bought and paid for, not free. My father built our home from his sweat, not free. So, sir what are you saying? The shops my both parents do business in are both paid yearly rent for, so explain ur point. I and the rest of my siblings never attended a government school so that means that means that my parents worked hard to send us to the best private schools there which was quite expensive compared to the standard of living there. The summary of my epistle is that my parents have worked extremely hard for everything they own and NOTHING was freely handed to them. |

Sammy07: Baba, I am Anambra and I've in Ondo state for 18 years. Infact, i was born here and my parents and my siblings still live there but i study in Enugu now for my tertiary education. So i know what i am saying. |
