Yes oh! If you no medicals dem go deny you na. The one i saw in my school group 2 weeks ago was denied based on his status in his current country and yes na request not upfront

My medical was not even received by the embassy, funny enough ehn i sent the result thru webform again still sent it again through mail 5times before the refusal came in. And till date ircc medical status is showing not received and the refusal was based on information was requested and i didn't respond. Las las these guys are looking for a good way to push people out.

Someone is saying i should walk through a lawyer that as long as the medical was not recieved there should be something we can run out. Is that possible house

It was stated we did not receive your required medical result and this even caused a refusal. And the refusal state----You have not complied with our request for information, per subsection 16(1.1) of the IRPA. To date, you have failed to comply with our request for an examination.

And the medical was done submitted by iom and i also submited the medical myself through webform. It hurts oo
