Please how did you pay for the return courier service?
My port was sent through Lagos VFS and it got to Canada Visa Office on Jan 5th.

You don’t need to pay for return courier

Liispa, PanicButton, Ogaboss01, Gbemmyusuf, or anyone else, please have you got your COPRs yet? Which VFS did you use and how long did it take from when you sent ports out through DHL to when it was returned.

#OttawaGangOf2019&2020 #Gangof2019&2020&even2021 from all VOS, start getting ready, our PPRs are on the way. An old but valuable post from Living in Canada thread about preparing for Canny:

HI!! So sorry just seeing this. I sent it directly to Accra VFS in November, everything took exactly 2 weeks. But I don't think its that quick anymore though, like 3 weeks (maybe because of the holiday period)

Hope this helps!

Good evening my people, biko, are the COPR holders currently allowed to fly through the third-country test arrangement? I would also like to be added to a post PPR group. Thank you.

Please how can I reach them?? I've been calling, all the numbers are switched off, even right now

Hello House!

These re-med requests, is it a sign that IRCC is trying to clear their backlog?

Their pace is still rather slow sha

I'm guessing that those receiving remed requests from Ottawa have all stages ed, or approved applications.

I just received re-medical request from IRCC as regards my family application.
How do I go about it since we have just 30days for it to be completed?

I sent a webform last year and they confirmed my VO as Ottawa

Okay, have you called?
Liispa(f): 3:08pm On Nov 15, 2021
Solidcitizen:
My AOR was since February 2020 and these IRCC people are still processing my application. I have been trying to notify them about the birth of my son for over 2 months now without receiving any response. I have filled the webform so many times but all I get is an automated response. I have also sent several emails to the Ottawa office where I believe my application is being processed. What else can I do?

Looks like they have abandoned some applications completely.

Why don't you find out your VO first?

Thanks for such a detailed response. I just submitted my package to UPS in Abuja to deliver to the VFS in Abuja. I didn't pay any fee aside the courier sum. Do you have any idea on how I could ascertain the actual transmission fee to be paid to the VFS in Abuja. For added info, I did my biometrics in Abuja.

You don't pay transmission fee since you had your biometrics there

Thanks for all the well-wishes guys. I pray for your respective PPR's to come out soon, so that we can all rejoice with you too. As for those waiting for ITA, PPR's coming out now is indicative that draws would be holding soon.

So I need a bit of advice, although I have a vague idea of what to do. During this wait, I obviously took a strong interest in someone whom I hope to begin the marriage process by December. With this new development, and considering the marriage isn't a done deal yet:

Should I write to IRCC requesting for an extension of time (I was given 30days to submit my documents) since I intend to begin the marriage process by the beginning of December, and invariably add her to my application. And with my medicals expiring by January how does this affect/impact my COPR issuance?

Congrats! WIth your medical expiring in January, that will be the validity of your COPR )so you need to have landed before it expires or you start afresh)

Yes o my dear sis! Mamaroon broke the good news to me hours back. We're so elated for you. Congrats, congrats and congrats. Just had to to celebrate with you. Still vividly how this journey started for you like yesterday, as u blasted IELTS in late 2019 and how WES delayed you from entering the pool ASAP..

Such a long gruesome wait but it's all worth it now.. Go prosper in Canny sis. All the best!
Over to you Mamaroon, I can't wait.
