Good morning. I’m a sponsor for my sibling, I would like to ask which documents both house and landed properties are recognized by the Canadian immigration. I have several properties in Nigeria some have a CofO and some don’t, just the deed of assignment and other relevant documents. Please advice.

It’s quite funny a lot of Nigerians keeps comparing artist. Each artist have a goal and work hard to it. Burnaboy wants a Grammy so bad that’s why he released his album to be eligible. Wizkid, davido and the rest don’t seem to really care about the Grammys that’s why they’re not eligible. And to those mentioning Wizkid’s nomination, Wizkid wasn’t nominated.

I went through every nairalanders reply/comment, I noticed no one is close to davido's level of intelligence.for those who said he talks alot,read through again you will notice he was highly subtle and apt with his reply. He refused to fall into the trap of the interviewer, thereby using mayorkun as an escape route. David is smart when it comes to business aspect of music and use of social media.what he achieved with this interview is enormous, mayor was promoted by David which indirectly promotes DMW and he also succeeded in not creating unnecessary tension between himself, wiz and burna.

You said it all. He was being diplomatic. if the interviewer asks Wiz or Burna the same question I bet they won't say they're the best. The question is a trap to cause unnecessary feud. The Interviewer shouldn't ask stupid questions like that.

This AIP thingy eeh you're on your own ooo, no follow mouth and no follow crowd....No one is paying anyone's tuition here and nobody sabi .

BUT FOR ME! i rather defer, get a rejection or approval with my money intact than play 50/50 chances with my AIP when Fanshawe College clearly stated i'm not allowed to start online classes without my SP because they won't refund if for any reason I get denied.

I'm just gonna sit and watch how this AIP thingy unfolds.....Highest if na rejection i have my cash intact na to reapply or stay back in Europe than make person dey tell me eeyah sorry oo.

Your approach is good for me.
Don’t be in a hurry for online studies & later get rejected after you have paid your Tuition.
Some schools are already pinning people to pay tuition.
You shall See complains when people start getting refusals & people saying they aren’t getting refunds because they began their classes.

No hating but truth be told most people will go silent when they get denied, only those with approvals will share their timeline.

And who told you WIZKID doesn't have ghost writers? most artist don't write all their songs. Davido is open to song writers and doesn't hide it, he even acknowledge them. There's nothing bad hiring song writers...If Beyonce or MJ can hire song writers so what?

This is not new and it has nothing to do with the Pandemic.

According to Data from IRCC between Jan and May 2019, 81% of study permit applications from Nigeria were rejected and the number keeps increasing yearly.

Three things are primarily responsible for this.

1. The increasing number of applicants every year.
2. The activities of Nigerians in Canada who do not keep to the of their study permit.
3. Increasing incidents of forgery in documents tendered for Visa application.

You can only do your best not be part of these statistics.

This is basically talking about what has been going on lately. we all know obtaining a study visa has not been so favourable to Nigerians for a while now, From my opinion your statement is not valid and this doesn’t even correlate to a person applying for a visa during this pandemic, even after the pandemic those they would approve they would likewise those they Would refuse. IRCC has even stated it themselves they would continue accepting applications.
Visa is not a right it’s a privilege

This is not a statement of Valid or not valid! in my statement i said "I advise Nigerians to pause or stop fresh applications, so it's left for you to do so or not. I'm not paying your application fees, neither will i be the one deferring your ission intake. Can you read the second link regarding applications been on hold for months, some since Feb for Indians with SDS application process.

I don't need anyone to believe me. Not everyone on nairaland shares their rejection story and we can see that every year there's a declining rate in SP granted to West African Nationals. Indians who have easier "SDS" application process are g petitions against the Canadian Govt in regards to their SP. Talk-less Nigerians still applying during the pandemic. "FYI application fee is NOT refundable".

I'm not a Visa officer neither am i here to discourage anyone. But during this pandemic period pause or stop all fresh applications till things normalize or have a PLAN B. A RCIC friend forwarded this to me....you need to have a linkedin to be about to view this pages.
