Awe pele, by His grace your baby is fine. Alcohol is best avoided during the formative early weeks, dont know how far gone you are but i believe the little you took wont harm your baby. Then again when you say glass did you mean a full 33cl? ( a full glass is equivalent to one can drink) or a shot of it? Secondly no amount of water can neutralise alcohol once it has gotten into your blood stream! It will only help you it out faster through urine.
Don't beat yourself up over it. One time can't cause damage.

Please can someone wean off a 14months old who has refused never to drink tea or any other drink apart breastmilk and water. She never get tired of drinking water but that's the.

She always wake in the middle of the night to make troubles over breast and she can wake 3-4 times to suck but if you over her anything else she won't accept

It takes time but very do able. You can let her cry and keep offering her alternatives or send her on holiday to grandma's house where she won't see breast to cry for.

Just a quick one, You know you won't get to your edd with triplets right? 35 36 weeks max your babies are full term in triplet calculations. So brace up to have them early.
My triplet nieces who will be 3 January came at 34+ weighing 1.9kg, 2kg and 2.2kg! they only stayed in the hospital for 10 days cos mom had high blood pressure. If you see them now you won't even know they were preemies.

If you are not on hmo biko don't go near private hospital except you can afford it and it's a very good hospital. Some of them charge per child that is for each child brought out you pay delivery money. Cs is the most recommended route of delivery for triplets, reason being that after the first one comes out more room is made for the other two and they can flip and make birthing difficult. Which might result to emergency. So I strongly advise you to opt for elective cs when your babies are term unless your doctor says otherwise.

Dont knw if its normal or i change d formula 4 him? N if i am 2 chng d formula... Which can formula can i chng to?

SMA plus breast milk means more food thus more shit. So it's absolutely fine.
