Nice concept but I still wish to correct the grammatical error in the title "If partrick were to be an English teach and not was". Ravenwolf: I am a bit of a Garri connoisseur, i grew up in Emene, a suburb of Enugu, we owned a farm and made most of our food including garri, although i do not intend to deflate the ego of all the Ijebu people here.... But the bitter truth is 'Ijebu garri is not an exclusive preserve of the Ijebu's' i those days whenever we made our garri, a large chunk of it would be marked out for eba and a smaller portion for snacking(as in soaking tinz after school) the one for eba after it has been ground into a fine paste at the mill would be taken to the press immediately and all the Juices taken out almost immediately by turning the steel press to the highest dial... After about twelve hours we would then go back to the mill and collect the caked bags of unfried garri, the hearth would then be superheated , and the cakes of garri sieved to remove particles and inedible cassava twigs, we would then fry the garri occasionally turning it, and adding some palm oil to it, which is what gives it its yellow lustre. Note that its the occasional stirring that allows it to lump, when the garri is dry you take it out of the frypot and air cool it before storing it in sacks.

Now for the Ijebu garri which we too out earlier, beginning at the mill, we let it rest on the ground for about two hours after it has been ground into a fine paste, this is to allow the juices penetrate the grains, thereafter its taken to the press where the pressure would be adjusted every two hours or so till the next day, this allows the garri paste to ferment... This is the most important thing for it gives the garri that wonderful tangy and bittersweet taste, and a certain milky taste.... How i love milk garri!!!! When frying it we adjust the heat very often for high heat would just spoil our efforts, we also stir like crazed people so the garri would be superfine.

bros that soar/bitter taste of ijebu garri is as a result of its high concentration of glycosidic cyanide(a metabolic poison)and not fermentation as every cassava derivatives viz garri,fufu,abacha etc must through fermentation process in other to reduce this poison concentration (that is Y u don't eat most cassava species raw or after mere cooking). so biochemically speaking the more soar/slap/bitter garri tastes the more cyanide it contains. so in conclusion Ijebu garri contains more cyanide thus i personally detest it while the yellow garri contains red oil (an anti-poison to some an extent)which helps in neutralizing the cyanide thus i prefer the yellow garri.

Every state according to it's population and number of representatives is assigned a certain number of electoral votes
The total number of electoral votes for all 50 states and Washinton DC is 538 and to win the presidency the candidate must have at least 270 electoral votes
OBama winning all the traditional blue states and Romney winning all the traditional red states will not earn either candidate up to 270 electoral votes,so the swing states come into play.
So far if Obama wins Florida from that list,he is likely to win the residency since Romney will have to win all the other battleground states to win.

BOTH IN THE REAL FACT, OBAMA IS SO LUCKY TO HAVE WON ROMNEY IN OHIO WITH 50% IS TO 49%..... CONGRATS TO HIM FINALLY.

mightlove: absolutely yes ! I remained a virgin until i got married at the age of 30 and that was about 4yrs ago. My hubby was also a virgin and we are enjoying our marriage and love life soooo much. We have no problem comparing ourselves with others as the only ssex organs and experience we know are each other's and for us, they are the perfect size. We try as much as possible to be creative and make everything fun all the way.

the truth can be so bitter and hot @times but one had to say it, SEX is worth waiting for, prov. 5:7-23 "save urself for ur wife/husband and don't have sex with other women" lack of self control and fear of GOD re some of the things that make some people ignorantly believe that it's stupid for some1 to observe total abstinence till marriage,unfortunately some who hv lost this wonderful value out of -ve jealousy will go as far as encouraging some few ideal ones not to remain a virgin,last Sunday i heard a case where a young lady was deceived and dis virgin-ed by a young guy who said he will marry her, unfortunately she contracted HIV just for having sex once, a true life story. if i could hold myself fr age 15-25 (most delicate) why would I mess up now. to all few virgins outside there esp gals i personally encourage u to keep urself until GOD grants u dat ideal man who will not only adore u(love and respect deeply)for keeping urself but will unleash his 100% trust, and confidence in you for being such an ideal woman. What a bitter truth! to be honest, i unconsciously exhibited all these (fr 1-25) then in the University, even as i was reading these whn i get to each no i tried & refresh/ spot hw,whn & where it happened. Though it didn't work @ d end, but am sure in due courseam not going to exhibit all these, i will conscientiously ignore some as gals do not deserve all.

haven watched these men (Obama & Romney) made and counter their various points, i think Obama won! 60% while Romney 40%. @the first half of the debate (mainly on defense & int. Relationship) Romney lacked good points and to worsen the issue he kept on agreeing with Obama which is wrong in a debate (u ought nt to agree wit ur opponent). On the 2nd half (mainly on China issues), i think they scored 50-50% though Romney kept on repeating points which is wrong in a debate. in their closing remarks, Obama 60% while Romney 40%, Romney kept repeating some words twice, thrice, which is not allowed in any debate closing remarks.
In my conclusion, they both did well. i also observed that in each of the blows Romney thrown to Obama he received double of it to his own disadvantage. i wish them well finally.

my experience yesterday while surfing the net with mtn night plan and simple surf (to be precise 2Hours for #250) has proven to me me that MTN is never sincere in simple surf plan. i was actually using a normal night package (3Gigabit 9pm-6am 1month duration) but as at of yesterday my night plan 3Gb was almost exhausted (18megabit) whereas i needed to a file that is worth 92Megabit, so i decided to subscribe for 2hours unlimited package using my second MTN sim card. when the subscription was confirmed, i decided to continue with the but guess what happened, the started with 182kb/sec fine! but before i could say jack-Robinson the rate dropped to 8kb/sec so bizarre!, before i could even make a clamour the rate dropped to mere 5kb/sec, @ this rate men of GOD, i had no option other than to share the Grace of our Lord JESUS CHRIST and switched back to the night plan, behold the reverse was the case. please if you have had similar experience just share you thought with us here.... 1 luv!!!!!!!!
