The fact that Ganduje is found culpable on this saga doesn't mean Buhari or EFCC should arrest him. There's absolutely nothing Buhari nor EFCC can do (, Ganduje still enjoys immunity like every Nigerian governor). It's not in their (Buhari or Efcc) constitutional powers to either comment or arrest. Only the state's assembly has such constitutional power to investigate or impeach him. |
