I have known Obi for years now and I can count number of boys Obi have established. Unfortunately he is not a noise maker, it was recently that people started identifying him as the owner of Cubana. It is one thing to have money, it is another thing to lift people up. So for this who are jealous of Oni just try and do what he did ad you will be celebrated like him. Obi is a good man and deserve all the respect accorded to him.

I was in Abuja few days ago to finalise Land documentation for a Client, when Soga my guy gave me a call that Obi's mother's burial is today I have to leave Immediately and fly back to the East to witness these great burial that will remain evergreen in our life. Mehn "odimma nwoke ijite ego small" (it is good for a man to have small money. My major target of going to the burial was to increase my Network and possible hook up with potential clients. My brother forget am, if you jam correct for Real Estate u go enjoy. As in person go comot money transfer to buy property and for 1,2,3 him never even come make him see where him property dey. No be all this one wey go ask you whether the land na dry land abi na potopoto. One client done tell me before make I find Land for am, he gave a serious warning that I should make sure the land is in a rich man Neigbourhood. Back to what I was saying. I landed in Asaba on Thursday evening and I noticed that the hospitality sector is very busy. Many people were coming into the city from all works of life and the news of the burial of Obi's mother was all over the place. One thing is to have money another is to know how to spend your money. Indeed Obi Cubana have the dexterity on how to spend his money, he has a lot of boys he has groomed and have a long list of social connection of high income earners. I will be back with the full gist and pictures. 4 Likes |

My dear there is more diginity in selling pure water than these job you are doing. Forget your cert, fold your tro and enter the street. You know what you want going into blue collar job or business is not the end of the road but a starting point for wise men. Some pure water sellers comfortably makes up to 2k per day, that is roughly about 50k in q Month. I learnt a lot from my mother in the village, do you know this woman makes nothing less than 150k in a month. What does she do she supply vegeatble to various customers and also sells fruit. Think about this.

Moving from Oshodi to Iyana Ipaja is like travelling from Abuja to London. Lagos need an intra City and Inter City train Network. Mega City for mouth

paschalj4:Lagos City does not need to be congested if there is a good road and train Network. Soeone can live in Abeokuta peacefully and work in Lagos without undergoing any form of stress. But the leaders are not putting up their thninking cap when formulating policies that will guide their developmental plans. 20 Likes 3 Shares |

emrain:God bless You 100 times if you are in Anambra I would have invited you to enjoy some plates of Nkwobi and chilled drink tommorow. Most Nigeria Youth have this mindset of I must get job because I am a graduate. They practically have to value to contribute and most atimes not even interested in the company they are working for and hardly learn. Days are gone when paper qualification is all you needed to succeed. This is 21st century a lot have changed. 3 Likes 1 Share |

I laugh when I see people underestimating the power of Ifeanyi Ubah. Ifeanyi Ubah is a serious obstacle to both Soludo and Maduka. The man have done well for himself in the Senate and he has shown that he has the capacity to transform Anambra. Nnewi people are with him, he is also ready to capture many other electorates through his agressive and grassroot campaign. The Election will be between Soludo and Ifeanyi Ubah. Lots of surprises will be pulled.

It is Not really Easy most especially if you are in area with lower concentration of opportunities in the business and corporate sector. I thank God that I stunmbled on this Real Estate Business Opportunity if not what would I have done. To young people out there, learn to fold your shirt, roll up your tros, fling your tie the dustbin, fling your shoes to the bush, hide your certificate in bottom of your bag and go out there and engage yourself with blue collar jobs or Businesses. There are many opportunities out there but not really for the office types. I met a woman who makes close to 30,000 per day selling processed fufu. She has a lot of cassava farm and she process the fufu herself and sell. You can count the number of salary earners that earns more than her. 9 Likes 1 Share |

Real Estate remains the best long term and medium term investment. I laugh at people who keeps millions of their unusuable hard earned money in the bank. You are simply enriching the bank not yourself. Invest in Real Estate and watch your investment grow and appreciate over time. We even have Land flipping opportunities for people who are interested in short term real estate investment.
